Both partners have to be on the same page for co-parent thing because kids are basically being raised in two different environments. Kids watch EVERYTHING you do and say, but particularly what you do. If mommy is bringing around multiple men or vice versa, what's that about??? It's sucks even more for folks who co-parent that still harbor feelings and resentment to the other partner for whatever reason because that bleeds into the relationships with the children, and no child should be put in a situation like that. It perpetuates the dysfunction within relationships all around.

I cheated on my wife when I was deployed overseas. I came home and told my wife about it. She stayed. She tried to talk to another man, and I filed for divorce. It’s definitely a one way street. Our house was purchased with my VA Loan, I paid her phone bill, I paid for all the utilities, and did most of the work around the house. If I’m doing all that, you’re not in a position to step out on me. That happened in 2018. It’s 2023. I have a new crib and a new woman, while she’s still single. She hasn’t been able to find anyone to replace me yet, which goes to show certain types of men are hard to find.
