I guess Honda Powerequipment is coming back with lawn mowers again. I thought the Honda lawn mower division had dissolved. Unless that was a PR stunt, which I would not be surprised if it is.
@@pmaint1 it must be what inventory is left. I called Honda Power and they confirmed no new production. Still making them for other countries. Too bad. Now just crappy mowers and battery powered.
I thought Honda was out of the lawn mower business? I've had a Honda HRX217HYA for 13 years and while it's held up well, I have always hated it. It has always had an issue with surging due to the awful carburetor. Tearing the carb apart to clean it helps but only very briefly. Gas additives don't help. I've finally had enough and I'm trashing the despicable thing.
I've owned many Honda products. Happy with all of them except the Honda mower. The plastic deck cracked at the engine mounting bolts. It would cost more to replace it than to buy a new, competing brand's mower.
@@appleztooranges throw away now the Honda mower hrx217 hy and the others models why the risk is very dangerous why the exhaust valve didn’t work and the exhaust remain trapped inside the combustion chamber and then blew up in your face killing you in single hit

Is the lawnmower division staying open? I thought Sep 2023 was the last lawnmowers manufactured and all inventory left was from then?
What about fixing them?
I hope they are coming back. I need a honda mower

No it was real, but they are the best lawnmower manufacturer on this planet we need them in the United States
Yes, I bought one when Honda announced it was stopping mower production in the US. SO is Honda still selling mowers here??
Yes
My dealer just got a shipment of them .

I own a bussiness
No way eletric will work for a bussiness
I just bought one and I buy one every 5 years
I’m sick of Honda. Never had a Honda product that didn’t start first pull until I purchased my hrx217hya. Worst mower I’ve owned
Throttle lever definitely not in the off position?
