Hey bro i have a wl+t courier and my mate turned up the fuel at the pump but didnt mark beofre he adjusted it im not sure if its fuel related but its spluttering under heavy load when tryna skid and losing power when full throttle otherwise if i cruise it builds boost nicely i was wondering if you knew the factory adjustment for the fuel screw or had any other ideas on what could cause my issue sorry for the novel lol
Ive just turbo'd the Pd. Wrapped with response. Looking at gauges. Engine temp climbed a bit at high speed so a larger capacity radiator could be on as well. Boost, EGT's & Tacho? Thoughts.
Engine oil temp or water temp? If it doesn't climb over 95 degrees Celsius you have nothing to worry about (water temp). With egt temps you want to keep them under 600 and you shouldn't have any drama.
Great video i think i have to do this for my car to get roadworthy a exhaust mainfold
Good luck!
Maybe a good idea to replace all the manifold studs?
I would if it were my own vehicle, but these studs were in perfect condition, I didn't really want to charge for stuff that doesn't need to be done.

Hey mate.....here's a tip. If you put an O ring on the knuckle of the swivel joint it does flop all over the place.
Hey that's a good one! I'll definitely give that a go, can be a real c- trying to get it too play ball in tight spots.

Enjoy your clips btw.
Thanks so much :)
I've been quoted $800 for this job by a mechanic which includes refacing the manifold? Is this ballpark cost mate?
Yeah that sounds about right, with refacing I'd say that's a pretty fair price.
@@Finndawgcheers. Good channel keep it up mate.
@@stephenm1016 Thanks! I really apprechiate the feedback and support.
Luckily the broken stud didn't flush break.
I have a trick for getting them out when they snap flush 😉😉
@@Finndawg yeah I know weld a nut.
@nikhilpraveen1977 weld a washer to the snapped bolt and then weld a nut too the washer, just makes everything easier
