- How to make the amazing Sticky Buns that melt in your mouth.
Here's what you'll need:
DOUGH:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar (25g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 cups bread flour or all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g) Skip salt if using salted butter
CARAMEL TOPPING:
1/2 cup butter (110g)
1/2 cup brown sugar (110g)
3 tbsp corn syrup or honey (45g)
1 cup pecan or any nuts you prefer
FILLING:
1/2 cup brown sugar (110g)
2 tsps cinnamon powder (8g)

Tried different recipes for cinnamon rolls because I bake it once a week and this one is perfect for me when it comes to quantity of each ingredient and taste.

Did you bake or fry them? I was planning to make them yesterday but the day got away from me. I plan to bake them. I've tried frying (using a different recipe) but I couldn't keep the oil at the right temp. Basically it was a bust. Hoping if anyone has baked them vs frying could leave a comment on their experience...

Thank you for the recipe. I made this last week. My caramel topping became hard and not sticky after my baked cinnamon cooled down. What did I do wrong?
I think it’s normal if the caramel get hard because it’s a sugar.. when you want to eat it put it in Microwave

Nice technique to put the caramel in the bottom before baking. One thing I wish you would not do: you disposable gloves to mix. It's easy to mix by hand and With all the plastic waste pollution we have, we all need to be cognizant of eliminating unnecessary plastic waste.
