Abruzzo is a beautiful region with mountains, hills, lakes, and yet close to the sea. Literally one of the best regions in all Italy I would prefer because somehow, some way, the prices of these types of homes are way low for what there is. I think it's because this region gets less publicity and is then seen as not as 'chic' as most other regions. Abruzzese used to be 'joked' by some Italians unfairly many years ago as the 'hillbillies'. Well, the region, people, and style of living there is great. To me it has it all. I love your style. Your method of showing a property is exactly what I do. Distance to beach, distance to Rome, is there a train, what options for eating. I also want to know if there is a post office bank and how far is the closest town with major services like IKEA, car sales/ repair etc. ❤❤❤❤. Grazie da Texas come sempre

You know....fresh home grown veggies and food, water from the well, maybe a major house or even a castle. Maybe have a river or stream running through the terraced property and offer language, music, yoga and other classes, provide an easy way for people from the states to visit for months at a time, maybe have greeters and translators to make the trip over and settling in easier and less intimidating. It's a big idea. We'll see. :)

Then you have to browse to see if it’s still listed.
