Could have been good but so many mistakes imo : At first glance, the visual was very nice , blury and low fov means you have always have very little information, which is a good start for a scary game. Motion sickness can be a problem though. Visual looked so promising until you start to look more into it, the devs filled the room with cliche doll monster that have no business in being a back room game : what always made the backroom creepy is it "fear of the unknown element", where it's impossible to accurately describe a monster and understand it nature or it motives. Here, the monster are your generic doll monster with generic baby laugh, not to mention their sound design is meh at best. There are also so many props that doesn't belong in a backroom game, that are there anyway, one aspect of the backroom is how empty each room are, thus making us feel weirded out. It doesn't help that the dev put too much jumpscare that does nothing but spook the player, there is no real danger, it's just a jumpscare galery and there is no wonder why it gets quickly stale and boring.

Otherwise they wouldn't be found at all since there really isn't anything else that would make the player make a sound. If anything, they're the butter to the bread.
