    So beautiful, Wilma!!! Thank you so much. One thing you do that I like is you include the stitch count for the rows! That's so helpful and I greatly appreciate it. I'm definitely going to make it♡ I'm going to use a sport weight as I don't currently have enough fingering.

    Hiya Wilma,I just started this shawl last night . I'm using Cygnet Boho Spirit and the colour is 6082 Moonbeam which is a gorgeous cerise pink which goes down in light shades of that colour down to white into light grey and up in shades to a very dark grey with undertones of purple it's so gorgeous! The stitch definition is beautiful .It's a 100% premium acrylic. I buy all yarn like this on eBay at Athenbys . Thanks so much for this tutorial .You are Amazing 🤗

    I just finished this shawl and it turned out really beautiful. Thx very much for the pattern. I used Märchengarn Crazy 33! However, I attached a border which made it look even better. I used row 3 of the "Trim stich pattern" I found here on RUclips. As it uses a puff stich it really goes well with the shawl!

    Love this, will be doing this one next 💜 May I just suggest putting FPDC instead of just DC for the front post rows. I read the pattern before viewing the video and I think that putting the correct label will make it less confusing especially for those who can’t read patterns and just follow videos. 😉

    Hi Wilma! I was searching a pattern to do a shawl with a cake I've already bought and I found your beautiful pattern. I'm in love with this serie of patterns, your strenght to to this is admirable.
    My only issue is that this pattern aims for a cake that's 1000m long, and mine's 800m (Azalea from Hobbii). I don't know if this difference in meters will make that i won't be able to finish all the shawl (I'm sure already that I won't have enogh yarn to do the tassels).
    Have a nice week!♥

    Hoi Wilma!

    Hello Wilma! I'm an avid fan of yours and I'm from the Philippines. I just want to know if 188grams of fingering weight yarn is enough to complete this shawl. Or how many grams would you recommend I use since I'm using fingering weight cotton yarn.

  • @carolmurray5794
    @carolmurray5794 6 месяцев назад

    Ok so the yarn I am using is apparently smaller than fingering weight, which I didn’t was possible and still be called yarn and not thread. The cake I ordered was supposed to be slightly thicker than what you are using, what they sent me is the equivalent of 4 strands of sewing thread loosely plied together. Its rather hard to work with but the color gradient is cool. So far your pattern is working well with it, I just had a lot of trouble with row 14.

    *you may see me comment this ALOT on videos so please don’t be mad, I’m just spreading news.*
    *Fires have been raging here in Australia for months, and I think the knitting/crocheting communities should come together and knit blankets and stuffed animals for the animals caught in the fires. You’ve probably seen on the news, but the least you can do is spread the word. We are burning alive here, and not many people seem to care.*
    *You can go out and for a few dollars, buy a blanket or wild bird seed. You can knit/crochet something with that extra ball of yarn you have lying around that you don’t like the colour of, then send it to Australia Red Cross.*
    *Don’t comment hate on this, I’m just spreading important news that will eventually effect everyone in the world, and I’m showing a few ways how you can help.*
