Hey Chris hope all is well. So I have a 2007 BMW M6 and I had hit u up up this sprint booster. Well, thank bro, I finally got it and installed it. A must get, the car feels so much faster. I know it doesn't give u any more HP Throttle response make the car alot quicker. It just jump and go. This was a good one V10 owner it's a must have and it take s 15mn ti installed. Thank bro.

Hey bro! Appreciate your question and happy to help. So I have the SMG M5. And the rumours are true it’s not the best in terms of reliability. My M5 is at 235k and the SMG pump has gone twice on me. Big repair but needed to keep the car going. I would say if you’ve taken care of it you should be fine until at least 150k
If you do a lot of city driving. Smg pump brushing will wear out a lot faster because smg pump has to constantly build pressure not only the brushing will wear out faster but also carbon buildup in the smg pump. There is nowhere for the bushing to escape so it stay within the smg pump. Smg pump can be rebuild very cheaply by either replace the carbon brush or clean out the carbon buildup. You just have to inspect the pump. Smg pump is not the only thing you are going to have to worry about when doing a lot of city driving but the clutch as well
