There’s a hidden path in the bottom right of that area, between the green candles on the ground along all the bone piles. I came here hoping for an answer too and ended up finding it myself a bit later. Right as you come up the stairs to that platform take a right and look around near the green candles, you’ll find the path. It’s not visible but it’s there.
