The Biden administration's Title IX rule changes attempt to redefine "sex" in Title IX to include "gender identity," which will allow males who identify as females to enter girls' bathrooms, locker rooms, sports competitions, and more. Alliance Defending Freedom is representing Amelia, and we filed a lawsuit alongside Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin and five other states challenging the Biden administration's radical rule changes.
