In the 1980's, there were only two good cruise nights i knew of in the state--Sycamore Diner in Bethel and A&W in Brooklyn at the other end of the state. and then there was Berlin Turnpike, our version of Detroit's 8 mile. One drive in theatre, one stainless steel diner, only Don's Speed Shop, but a lot of stoplights for "testing".

Dom is so popular in illegal street racing, but we never saw Dom becoming the 'Dominic Toretto'. It will be a great idea for Fast and Furious franchise to go back to the basics and introduce us that raw street races, auto part theft, the GTA vibe, custom cars, insane level of music. Frankly till FF5 it was a great series, FF6 & FF7 it was okayish, but after that they just made the worst.
