PRESSURE COOKER CHICKEN BIRYANI
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 LITRE PRESSURE COOKER
600 gms Chicken
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Biryani Masala
4 Tbsp Curd
2 Onions
1/3 Cup Oil
2 Cups Basmati Rice
3 Green Chillies
25 Gms Pudina
25 Gms Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Keora Water
1 tsp Biryani Masala ( for Rice )
1 tsp Salt (for Rice)
4 -5 Saffron Strands with 1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
2 Cups Water
WHOLE SPICES
4 Elachi
1/2 Dal Chini
1 Badi Elachi
1 tsp Jeera
8 - 10 Black peppercorns
5 Cloves
1 Tej Patta

Absolutely love stainless steel, and will not use a coated product again.This pot has many settings and many buttons, and i need to sit down with a manual to figure out which setting to use. I used the basic functions, and even though i am not technologically skilled, i turned it on and assembled it without any help.Very satisfied with this product overall.

Everything is temporary but bharat bhai saying "ab yeh dekho app" is permanent.

I do not have a pressure cooker. Could i make this without one? If yes, how long would be the cooking time in that case once I close the lid?
You can cook without cooker just cook at low flame n use hot water ..it will take hardly 30 min to cook at low flame u can check it in between as u see it well cooked off the flame and enjoy your biryani 😊😊
U know though I have pressure cooker I cook biryani without cooker it gives another level of taste u can try if u wish..le me know if u try😂😅😊
