@Tom Jackson What would be the price of your apartment, if it was up for sale? Getting conflicting data about rental yields. Some of the data can be calculated via propertyfinder, but then again some other youtubers mention that those prices are negotiable up to a 10%.

I got the property in September last year and it was a good deal then. Since then rents have gone up about 30% in the Marina / Dubai in general. You’ve also got to factor in it’s the tourist season right now along with lots of people visiting due to the World Cup so it’s v expensive. You can get better deals if you look further out like JVC (Jumeirah Village Circle)
@@zzFishstick rents are usually sticky and take a while to go down as landlords want to keep the higher prices. So I personally don’t think they will go down (drastically) in the near future…

There’s no way you guys will get an apartment this size in marina for just £1200 It’s an older contract so he got a better deal… It’s crazy expensive the rents here now. Go to jvc or mirdiff. But again jvc is dead As fuck. If you live alone don’t go to those areas coz you will be bored af

This is a really good deal tom, avg 1 Bedroom cost in marina these days is 70 to 85k AED.
Agreed it is a good deal - rents have increased by about 30% since i took out the contract.

The price for the apartment would sell for roughly AED 1,400,000. Usually the prices on propertyfinder are inflated slightly.
