    the flow is most certainly real and important. There clear cases where I play bad and get increasingly frustrated with my play. Other times, when I've got the flow with me, everything happens without thinking. That curve also very well explains why I play like absolute garbage when playing together with people who aren't putting in any effort.
    Excellent advice here.

    One game i would recommend to you for mental strength and to start the game with 100%:
    1. you need a dice-app, set up 2 dices (1 - 6). so you could get numbers from 2 till 12.
    2. Each Player/team (Single, or doubles) roll the two dices, and notices their numbers in their head.
    3. Now you start the game, counting normally, but each Player/Team has to reach only the number, they rolled, while you don t know, what your oppenent has to reach. Maybe a 2 :D So get your ass up and start with 100% ;).
    You ll notice directly a big change in your head.

    Please sir tell me😔😔😭😭

    • @tobiaswadenka8435
      @tobiaswadenka8435  4 года назад +4

      Try to use breaks consciously in the training. Take yourself a short break in between rallies to relax a few seconds and then refocus and think about what you want to do in this training sessions. Same like in a match, you cannot be focused for a long period without breaks so give yourself those breaks

      @tobiaswadenka8435  4 года назад

      Hey. Have you already seen that tutorial? That could maybe help you. In addition to that try also to look at the shuttle when you hit it. A lot of players tend to look away too early and that can also make it more difficult to hit in the sweet spot.

    How could we increase the speed in our movement?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

    • @tobiaswadenka8435

      Different possibilites to increase speed: Better Footwork (maybe have a look at tutorials like that: ruclips.net/video/mWK76ZDDFZQ/видео.html), More power and explosivness in the legs (mainly through weighttraining) and better anticipation skills (Here something about that: ruclips.net/video/PGwrspAkO0E/видео.html)

      I think here advice nr 2 is key. So try to structure your routine in between rallies, with a reaction after the rally and that can also be shouting or being angry but then find a way to refocus for the next rally
