For a long time I could not understand why I, a rock fan, like this synthpop band with squeaky vocals. But the acoustic concert explained everything - these are well-written songs.
This... falls short of what it could've been. Both the guitar and the piano sound tinny and crappily digital. You can't even hear the guitar parts very well a lot of the time. Her voice is mixed in a somewhat thin and harsh way for that matter. I hope they keep working on this but use an actual piano and mic and mix the guitar (and voice) so we can actually hear a rich acoustic sound
Blahaha. This is one of the stupidest pronouncements ever made about music. "Instruments have no intricacies"? I wonder why countless musicians spend lifetimes trying to master their instruments then.
