His message is to tell people to let go of all the spiritual knowledge because knowledges no matter what kind it is will create filters to prevent you from seeing reality as it is . That’s just my interpretation.
Nice interpretation.
You just dropped some serious wisdom there, my friend
Intellect is a useless outgrowth if we consider that the purpose is to get out of it
your interpretation implies that we should also disregard what Krishnamurti is saying in this video.
Knowledge shows reality.
U r right
Everyone thinks that search ends when you find. But it's a paradox. You will find it when you end your search!
For me I was not searching nor giving up searching. I was just in non judgemental awareness. I will give a brief example. For me there was something to discover and keep discovering by just choiceless awareness. I had found myself in very deep depression because of many challenges (death of a loved 1, health problems, money problems) I was going thru, and I was comparing my life now to what it was in happier times. But there was part of me just observing this non judgementally and actually. I observed that I was causing the depression/suffering by my comparison, that realization brought back my peace of mind. (The observer is the observed) I was grateful for the observation and my peace was replaced by an expanding love/joy in my heart area that shot up to the top of my head and beyond my body. I felt blissful for a bit. I noticed that my mind was very quiet compared to normal for 2 days especially, but even now. I carry that choiceless awareness into each new moment, but occationally find myself trying to go in my old patterns, which I quickly become aware of. If you react like with anger or such, you are partially in the past and current, not whole, acting from previous hurts and pleasures.
I disagree @nagesh
True but for most to realize that,, they must have gone to the end of their searching as the Buddha did. You need to find it out for yourself..
@@Indian_first Who is "I"?
but by this logic (if it were true) just as u make it conscious that u founded it because u stopped searching, u are there that u cannot end the search because u had found it.

"First of all don't seek." What I get is, he says us to be present in the moment. When you seek you are in the future, you are projecting yourself into an illusion. Be here, be now. ✌
I think its about the Buddism too
They say to never desire anything and u will reach peace
being less is being more.
Wonderfully said
Buddhist philosophy is best 👏
A way i understood what he says is with that analogy: when you do good things expecting gratitude and reward you are not really beeing good or even happy; the same kind of thing happens when you meditate expecting to get rid of pain and problems.
Meditation give peace and mind strength and more which is unexplainable
@@justicesquad3997 Maybe,it's mans natural state ie: Mind ,w/o all the distraction's...
That’s more like forced meditation or charity, they simply won’t work.
Nope, our brains are curious and always seeking interaction. That's why people in solitary confinement go insane.
So meditate expecting nothing good to happen
That meditation is old enough to have its own kids

Start with trying to love yourself, watch how difficult this is, when is the last time you shed an authentic tear, or truly listened empathetically? You will realize if this is worked on then you will be closer to freedom. It will no longer be about YOU, instead it will be about being in love with life.
Yes yes yes, your message is better. That’s how I live my life and I’m happier than everyone around me. People always be asking how do you stay happy, and I just respond with idk I guess I just be doing me.
Agree!!!!!!
🙏
So when we are seeking, we're subconsciously telling ourselves we've lost something. 👍🏿
Nice observation. 🙂
Point to be noted
Him: Do you understand?
Me: Yes of course
Him: Ok now explain it to me
Me: I lied sorry
Thanks man, you made my day
That's Spirituality all about 😬

I think he's trying to make things cryptic that when you do meditation stop searching meaning, rhythm or try to control your mind even ....just close your eyes and let the brain go where it goes and after sometime the MEDITATION arrive
But ti think it's just intellectual thing to say things with deeper meaning (screen)
This reminds me of a story I once read. A certain Lama visited a man who had meditated 20-years to cross a river by walking on the water. Astonished, the Lama said to the man, "are you telling me that you have wasted 20 years of your life just for that?" Surely, you could have taken a boat or a bridge! The ego to attain spiritual growth achieves mere low-hanging fruit and clouds the purpose of the bigger journey. That's my take.
It's Buddhist teaching.
It's called Cessation.
Go read that
After meditating for 25 years you lose the ability to explain things in a simple way
After doing nothing but sitting with the absence of thought for 25 years you lose the ability to explain anything.

One thing I found out about seeking. No knowledge can give you peace. There are some fantastic videos on here, but i have spend sooooooo many hours finding the right path to take, but eventually you reach the end of the path, and a new one begins. You are still restless, so you start walking again.
It's life, and theres is no truth
How can you say there's no truth? That is a paradox. For the claim is a truth claim per se. There IS a truth but you gotta be sincere to find it. Some get to it with intuition others with years of logical and intellectual efforts. But what is true is that some state of affairs are and some aren't.
The question hence is not whether there's a truth but WHAT truth can give us peace.
@@AnswerEasy really? Because I have never met anybody who found it. Either they were still trying to or they stopped thinking about it and accepted existence for what it was.
Lol just because you naturally have to keep learning and growing and searching does not mean there is no truth. On the contrary it means that there is a truth however it is infinite in nature and therefore there is always more and more layers of it to look into.
@@twinfrei One thing that I can recognize as 100% true is the eternal friction and coexistence between the two black and white polarities: Yin and yang, order and chaos, pleasure and pain, harmony and destruction, day and night, happiness and sadness, etc.
I dunno about you but for me, thats the ultimate truth of life itself
But wasn't the entire purpose of you writing this comment was to help people gain knowledge?
The way I understood this - In searching, the universe shows you what you already knew, it’s just that you hadn’t thought of it yet. Comprehension comes from drawing the line between the dots, philosophical teachings and meditative practices can assist in comprehension, but ultimately as Carl Yung postulated - you must follow the ego until it meets the consciousness and then the lines between them become blurred, eventually the line is dissolved and acceptance may follow.
Then what do you think buddha achieved?
What you know is what you seek because it is all you know to seek. Confirmation bias in other words. Not seeking will certainly lead you to what you do not know, and not knowing will lead you to not thinking. Which is a step toward something beyond you.
@@saka7228 well, I can provide you a link to a handy extract which in essence shows that both Buddha and Yung achieved the same awakened state via alternative methods. The eastern and western version of reaching this state do differ, but are fundamentally the same thing.
Surely the universe doesn’t talk. Spiritually we are with god. He made us so we are with him.
@@Jph1602 John, rather than saying the universe speaks, one could say the universe listens. You are the universe listening to the universe. That sounds very abstract, but what you call God, I would call the universe, the Hindus would call Brahman, and the Buddhists would call Buddha. All of these things are the same, they are the ultimate reality. However, not God in a politically kingly sense, but in the sense of being the self, the deep down whatever there is, and we are all that.
Even when you come to understand this and decide to stop seeking, you still are here. Play!
I started meditating 10 years ago and the quality of my meditation has improved a lot from past couple of years and I'm glad to say that I have been able to understand this!
What is he saying?
Please explain in simple words
@@GurdeepSingh. He's just telling you to stop meditating😂
Meditation as you know/mean in common sense.
Meditation is a totally different thing altogether.
And he's also suggesting you to stop seeking.
You do not have to accept K's words as it is, he's not a teacher, he's just another one of us.
Just investigate yourself and see the facts for yourself.
Fact is fact for everybody and not differs for different people.
meditation is life itself
Some reason He reminds me of master oogway from kung-fu panda lol "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present".
He meant see the life as it comes and don’t question or seek the truth behind it, just resolve all the pains in life and proceed, that is what is life is.
My interpretation: hes telling you to stop searching for the answer and just do as you do as usual and enjoy it because anyone who's been through it knows the only answer there is, is death, because death is the only truth in this world. Hes also saying if you think about your life too much and try to project and wish things into your life, you won't be as grateful when they come because you will have already imagined them and seen them in your mind.
Forgiving is also in the table, man
Would the law of attraction fall under thinking of your life to much and trying to project and wish things into it?

It’s like the wizard of oz and the little man behind the curtain. The man is simply implying not to look behind the current because you already know what it is. Just live life even if it’s an illusion.

@@Demilich23 There has to be duality for certain things to exist. Darkness only exists if light exists. There must be that dichotomy. Likewise, you cannot know happiness unless you have a dichotomy. That's why he said suffering is inherent in happiness.
All is mind. We are continually creating our realities wether we realize it or not, just like a dream. What you seek and find you have created from within and it is externalized into the physical world. It doesn't have to seem like a miracle. Often times it can be logically explained, but that doesn't mean you didn't create it.
Prove it.
that is nonsense. When you are unconscious things happen around you. You can be killed while you sleep and that happens! it's not your mind creating it! your mind alone cannot close wounds nor change the state of things! your mind can only control how you react to the world around you!
@@ProtoIndoEuropean88 you have that opposite

Better to just let it rain...face the rain...let it wash over you....and in your findings write that rain is cold but warms the soul....the clear sky is not worth the while if there is no rain.

Beautiful video. Translation to me is simple. Gaining Knowledge is the act of remembering what the soul already knew/knows. Some secrets have to remain secret in life to keep the illusion of separation and time going. Through mediation, you can peek behind the curtains, but what you will learn will spark a hunger inside of you to learn and know more. Thus, the illusion of life and self becomes plain because you now know it’s an illusion. Sadly, you become overwhelmed with confusion as to why others can’t see it. Making you feel like you don’t belong.
I think u missed the point. Gaining knowledge is gaining memory which means you are always old and not open to new experience.
WE have to exhaust it though, before we can release it - this IS the spiritual path
What I discovered without putting to much emphasis on meditation besides calming down and being relaxed is to live life with Love and when we pass on beyond the veil that everything he has discovered and trying to explain becomes inherent knowledge......
Simply wow!
So he's basically saying that we already know everything there is to know, either consciously or unconsciously. We have projected everything. He's basically saying that we are gods that create reality. We are the writers of our stories. Therefore we already know everything that happens in the story, because we wrote it.
Precisely what he’s saying!
Thats the best explanation i’ve seen so far.
👏 ❤❤
The universe definitely makes sense with geometry and patterns found throughout nature , but if we spend too much time tryna figure out every detail about it we won’t ever feel fulfilled because God is not just outside it is within all of us and everything we see and experience so just enjoy and most importantly love 🌍🙏
What you seek you will find only as you have projected.
We all have needs, but on our death beds that all disappears and we're left to question the purpose and existence of ourselves in this world.
To die happy means you've pushed yourself to make your imagination a reality, not allowing any possibility to be limited.
To die regretfully is to say your entire life was an illusion, that everything you saw you already had an answer for, and now you leave this world with many questions.
Live life with an open mind.
Wow. That's dedication.
I feel his message is, “You already ARE what you’ve been searching for. Stop searching and rest in THAT.”
We make Salvation into a carrot in front of us that we can never reach. We must stop chasing the carrot and feel the sense of being.
I agree....
Well said. Chasing money is also like this...
But you know this... The "we" you refer to is the only inhibitor to what you are referring.
Need some more explanation
This comment is the only honest interpretation in the whole comment section. The rest are going against the whole point of his discourse in a sense that all the narcissistic perversion of the concept of soul searching wont get us anywhere unless we come to terms with our own self. And that can only happen through unconditional observation of the self.
Stay away from people who claim to know it all ...
Stay away from people who do not know anything at all ...
Brilliant!
His thoughts are incredible
Brilliant
This is a lesson on humbleness. Stay focused, you either become what you think you are or what you thought you were
what you will find is what you projected ~worth pondering upon.
So profound... I've been in search for years now.. but this was so profound.. Searching for that, makes no sense.. because whatever you will be getting at the end will only be what you thought it to be or imagined it to be... mind deludes the seeker.. only when seeking is ended, then the mind cannot create havoc.. and moreover, the thing the seeker seeks cannot be found/experienced anyways... wow...
He is talking specifically about attaining the realisation of emptiness and to actually become liberated from suffering but this is not just an absence of thought - In fact the guy that meditated for 25 years probably did this for a lot of the time but still he was always in his own mental projections even if he could forget about them for some time. I think what he is really saying is you need to work towards coming to the right understanding of the world and the way we perceive things, which actually takes a lot of study and preliminary practices, there is a skillful route to attainment and sometimes just sitting with the absence of thought doesn't take you closer the real wisdom which will actually end your suffering and cut through the illusory nature of reality
One needs to comprehend the ego through meditation. That will kill it and end suffering for oneself, and therefore others around you

Read all of his books and speaches. K is at another level yet deeply simple😉
It means that the true meaning of life is to simply live. As we grew up we’re asked to do things accordingly and then everything stops leaving us puzzled what to do in life chasing dreams money and status end up seeking things and forget living the life.
Interviewer : What did u see or realise after meditating for 25years?
Woman : Mostly, I've wasted 25years of my live with just a battle within thought.
What you have found. What you have searched. Is what you have projected. Thank you Sir.
It isnt the absence of pain that is happuness it is dealing with that pain that can bring happiness. Nothing can make you happy truly you must be happy with yourself cause really thats all you got! Don't pray or hope for something to change cause YOU only you have the power to change your spot.
He speaks of death. The tether to one is a tether of none, till we are done.
Time, existence, reality. We just are
Pretty rude to interrupt the coughing with his little speech.
At least the meditating man had the awareness and humility to accept his mistake. Most of us cling to our illusions so, so tightly never wanting to let them go. As they give definition to our sense of who we are. Further, it is a testament to the teaching of K that he could inspire such understanding and acceptance within the man.
Find your mission and do it!

We are here simply for thee Experience so enjoy it my fellow shooting Star..
What you think you found is something you already have known, which actually just projects your knowledge you already possess.
his message is clear - dont try to become nothing but there is nothing in us which brings end to everything but dont try to meditate or think about it or try to put any formulas to it. keep your mind and knowledge out if it. it is there, but reduce the space in other energies and gather them to use in nothing …it will start to shine …
Yet he sounds so meditative
“What you find in your search is what you have projected” Summed it up In the last sentence ♥️

Go through life always with an open mind.
Please read this.
2 years of meditation, I haven’t gained anything, learned anything profound. Instead, I’ve lost so many things.
I’ve lost anger, sorrow and anxiety. I’ve lost my perfection. I have lost myself which society identified me with. My mind came to the end, now I don’t have any thoughts. My mind is so empty that you could compare it to nice cloudless sky.
Don’t meditate if you want to gain, you will not gain anyway, no matter how hard you try, no matter how long you meditate. Meditation itself is opposite of what you think. It takes everything from you. But don’t worry, only then you can be yourself.

when u seek something (such as the key to happiness) you create an attachment (to happiness) which ruins any chance u might have of truly being happy because happiness is not something you can experience endlessly. life simply does not allow us to be any one thing forever.
I don’t quite understand but I think it is that live life as it is, accept your life, accept yourself. When you complicate things you will be living in misery.
I think maybe life is simply to just be and experience.. because no matter how much different knowledge you accumulated and same as the next man/woman accumulated your still always going to have different perspectives no matter what
🌠thank u😇💫🌍
He is simply saying that practicing mindfulness, and being present in the current moment are the end goal. Our greatest joy will come when we do not seek outside of ourselves for a “quick fix,” or a magic solution.
Krishnamurti says “do not seek” because seeking for some objective or solution to unrest simply produces a result that is a manifestation of one’s own thought processes. Our flawed thinking will only take us down fruitless paths, but practicing mindfulness will help us be at peace in the present.
Reality exists though, you won't always find what you think you will. Plus, there is no master key to obtaining peace or joy. People are different, you're not guaranteed to find good things by doing things others do, whether it's meditation, thinking, or your preferred way to enlightenment.

You find what you projected. Means you won't find new wisdom, new knowledge, new impressions.
Only what your ego puts out there to find. What you are truly looking for is what you don't know you searched for.
Because what we are looking for is unity, new perspectives. Without those our human experience, how deep ever it may be, is meaningless. Have an open mind and an open heart. Just as well as the introspective. Yin and Yang.
