    This guy knows what he is talking about. I had severe tennis elbow and could not work out for 5 months. Watched his video on tennis elbow and after 2 shoulder stretches for 2 minutes i was pain free for 30 minutes after the first time doing the stretches. After 3 weeks im totally pain free and lifting again. Pt, dr. visits, cortisone shot, nothing. First 4 minutes of stretching and i was on the road to recovery. This guy knows his stuff. LISTEN TO HIM . Thanks Trev.

    Another very informative and well done video!!! I'm 53 years old and have been doing CrossFit for 8 years now. Hip flexor, hamstring and lower back mobility were all really bad when I started and have since improved immensely. Your video allowed me to better understand my lower back pain issues, which I always self-diagnosed as stemming primarily from poor hamstring mobility. Thanks for sharing this information and providing some suggested ways to fix my pelvic tilt issues!!

    Tracked constant pain in my achilles up my kinetic chain but couldn't find the source. You've nailed it with posterior tilt. Many thanks. Feeling better for free is so much better than paying for another wrong diagnosis!

    I have a herniated disc for about a year now, I've done Mckenzie extension method and mcGill big 3 exercises, i feel a lot better, but the key was always missing, i never found the root cause of my herniated disc, after a lot of research on my own :)), I found that it happened because i have a very bad anterior pelvic tilt, so i started fixing it....
    Guys, this exercises are the best for fixing the problem.
    Hey Trevor, how do you always know the right solution for problems!! that's fascinating to me :))) love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Having ruptured my L5-S1, this is solid advice. Most of us have an anterior tilt from our desk jobs, so do these exercises/stretches!

    It is a beautiful thing what you are doing,not to mention that you look a lot more capable than any bodybuilder. You manage to have a training regularly and you are good at what you show to people, just everything is very fast, but hey, watch again.

    Awesome stuff! You've changed my life, I have anterior pelvic tilt and high hip. And have combined your videos for both and it's starting to go away! Once the glutes get even stronger it'll be that much better...1 question, should I be strengthening the hip flexors as well since I sit a lot for work? Or will that shorten them?

    I'm very interested to know the reason you're doing these two minute stretches. You are not Contracting at the end so it is not a PNF stretch so if you follow fascial stretch therapy they always have you engaged the muscle afterwards. All of the science that Chris and Ann Fredrick teach and others talk about a static stretching really not having a lot of application these days especially Kelly Starrett. So I'm just curious as to why you're doing a 2-minute stretch without some sort of contraction. As I've done two minute stretches with certain exercises for them to contract at the end you want to tell the central nervous system I have control of this if you just let something stretching don't contracted afterwards for telling your central nervous system to wind down and relax with exactly how I got my multiple bulge discs and anterior pelvis tilt to begin with during leg day.
    Just Curious as i'm always willing to learn. I've been doing self-motivation stretching for many years so I'm curious about the application

    Does this guy explain that hes a chriopractor not a doctor? Doctor implies MD or DO (or - in an academic setting - a professor). Took me forever to find this info as he seems to hide it. Just be honest.

    • @Trek1898
      @Trek1898 4 года назад +1

      Number237 who cares? The guy knows what he’s talking about. I could care less about the title the guy holds. He’s helped me many times over the years. For free...

    • @Number237
      @Number237 4 года назад

      @@Trek1898 Honesty matters. When someone calls themselves a "doctor" people hear "physician". He can go around calling himself a doctor if he makes it clear what his actual qualifications are. But masquerading as a physician is dishonest and dangerous. You would object if someone went around calling themselves a lawyer giving legal advice but in fact had a jump-rope doctorate from Campbells soup University

    • @Trek1898
      @Trek1898 4 года назад +1

      He does hold a doctorate correct?

    • @Number237
      @Number237 4 года назад

      @@Trek1898 that's debatable but for sake of argument let's say "yes". But paleontologists also have a doctorate. And if a paleontologist walked around a hospital in scrubs and a white coat and started introducing himself as Dr. Smith then everyone would assume (reasonably so) that he was a physician. This is dishonest. There are many ways to lie.

    • @abillye
      @abillye 4 года назад +1

      @Number237 He seems to understand the body better than any doctor I’ve ever seen. It’s actually pretty disappointing that doctors don’t know or point out a number of the things he does. It seems they don’t actually try to fix your problems, just cover them up. So I’d be pretty happy if doctors out there took some lessons from him.
      AND to your paleontologist comment, a chiropractor is a real doctor. “All states in the United States require that chiropractors obtain a doctor of chiropractic degree from a Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) accredited college.” In fact, I would say, him being a chiropractor makes his videos more legitimate since he has specifically studied how the body parts work together, their alignment and the affect they can have on each other. Just because you made the poor assumption that doctor meant medical doctor does not make him dishonest, because he is not walking around a hospital, he is walking around a gym talking about how body parts are aligning and supporting each other, well within his wheel house.
