Wow man, I really can’t thank you enough for putting such honest and detailed information into this video. I didn’t even know how to verbalize my body pains but slowly I realized it’s my back, glutes, abs and hips. And this whole video literally applies to me it’s insane. I felt like I was really meant to watch this because living with this pain constantly and restriction has stopped me from doing so much and I finally feel like I can gain control of my health again. Really appreciate and love this content brother!
Thanks so much for your content Trev. 10 year weight lifter here that just crippled my ability to lift because of shoulder and hip issues. Lost a bunch of mass. Working on mobility and healthy function now. Your videos are a ton of help. I’ve been doing the stretches and exercises. I’m really looking forward to feeling like a beast under the bar again.
Thank you! This is the biomechanics fix I need. When your lower back gives out after just walking for an hour you know you need to look at structure more than strength.
I've seen so many people cover this various stretches but you really seem to have boiled it down. Thank you, sir. If anyone is reading this I will try to keep you updated. 1/19/21
Update 4/6/20 I was seeing some improvements when continuing to do these exercises at least twice a day but I gradually stopped doing it around 3/20 because I became too busy. I will continue and keep you posted.
This is Awesome! I am so glad this channel popped up on my feed. It is awkward because my right side is tighter than my left side. My left side is more flexible. But my left side seems stronger than my right side 🤷🏼♂️
This guy is the Real Deal Holyfield! 2021 is going to be painfree and not be held back from achieving my goals because of pain. Anyone who came here knows what Im saying. Appreciate you Trevor. Thanks for the motivation and knowledge.
Since I can't comment on the addicted to speed video i felt i had to here. People if you haven't checked it out yet, do yourself a favour. I have always enjoyed Trevor's insight and knowledge of the body. This man is on point mentally. That speed video is so fucking true and watch it in its entirity. Well spoken my friend. This will be played in my truck on the way to work to go get mine.
Trev you should release a book with all your routines, preferably in a binder format with large diagrams/pictures. I'd defo buy it. Instead I actually draw out the routines I use in an A3 sketchpaf so that I can follow them quickly/consistently.
Why haven't anybody in all the years been telling me this I had surgery in 08 a full fusion and nothing but pain in my lower back it seems like my whole body is screwed up now I'm starting today what you're showing me thank you I have stopped stretching every time it seemed like I do the stretch it makes it worse thank you for showing me these exercises
?? Should I wait until I’m able to: *Standing Posterior Tilt: 2” of Work *Modify Plank: 2” Hold *Rectus Femoris Release: 2 “ of Work… BEFORE Adding: *Short Bridge *Duck Under *Modified Sprinter’s Lung • Thanks Dr Trev, for the Valuable Content 👍👍✊✊💪💪
I'm 60 and work out at home with free weights even doing deadlifts, but because I'm not doing much of anything anymore except about a hour and half 6 days a week with the weights my lower back and stomach were crap . I started doing planks about 2 months ago and they help out a lot and my lower back is feeling better .
Hack 7 is what I have been doing lately, really great exercise. thank you Trevor for your simple explanation. I have suffered from APT for years as a cyclists. I was wonder why I looked odd in pictures, then I learned what APT was, working to correct my posture now.
Thankyou so much dude for your wisdom and generosity of information...its a God trait big time ess you bro always🙏💪👌👏👏👏💥💥💥💥💥💥😇keep up the great work and may God bless you and your family always
Bro this is going to change my Life!!! I was having issue building lower abs, bad low mid back, knees and everything included ! All of your videos lead me here and I’m already FEELING the difference 🙏🙏🙏 God bless
I did the duck under hack #6 and found an additional exercise that builds off the same principle. Get on one knee like you do for the hip flexor stretch. One knee on the ground and then the opposite leg being the lead leg. Do dumbell side crunches in that position. Hold the dumbell in the same hand as the trail leg. So if the left leg is the lead leg, hold the dumbell in your right hand and do a side crunch on the left side. I had to find a different way to hit the same muscles as hack #6 in this video because i have an injured foot and can't plant on my right foot. Sorry if it's confusing to understand. It was harder than expected to describe an exercise in words
I have liked your vedios. I have done many variations. Specifically, I have pain in my hamstrings. They get tight and painful while walking. I am a retired army man. Have passion for excercise. I play golf daily . Pain in the lower back also. Please advise
Thank you so much!! I've been to 4 physical therapist over 15 years and none have been able to solve the problem. I've since been trying to dissect the problem on my own using the bits of information they've given me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you for this detail instruction! I suffer from APT for years due to spending most of my childhood playing games on the PC, most of the time with one leg crossed. It caused me back pain during simple weight lifts at the gym, during cardio workouts, walking and even standing - everything you said! After watching countless videos on this subject, I really think that your guide is going to give me the best results. I do think, though, that you should do this routine everyday, or at list split it so it will be everyday. Some videos even suggested *minimum* once a day.
Absolutely love the positivity. You and Kelly Starrett are amazing. Reading the Align Method at the moment too. By the way, need a way to put “moved” rib back in too. (Jitz, rugby)
Trevor I appreciate all of knowledge you are sharing. I’m 69 got lazy know I’m stiff as a board. I’m trying to gain my flexibility back . At least so I can tie my shoes and and be able to get of the couch without a crane. I have had hip replacement. Can you share some exercises and stretching for an old stiff beginner? I’ve started your above workout. Trying to figure out how to do a modified duck under at home.
My glutes and high hamstring insertion feel like I have DOMS 24/7. Low back tightness and I know I have an incredibly difficult time moving my pelvis so it will be interesting to see if I can even do this. Going I give this a try and hope the hell it works.
would you recommend this as your best workout video for L4-S1 disc bulge pain and sciatica? I just re tweaked mine and I’m so over this chronic issue for 3 years now. Please help.
So going to do this, I have an anterior tilt and had no idea which exercises would best help strength and/or train the muscles that needed it. Thank you
This guy is a real treasure. Thank you for your knowledge!

Never realized this was a bad thing. Just thought it was developed from years of squatting. Definitely something I need to work on. Thanks.
You'd know it was a bad thing if you were constantly in pain!!
Thank you! This is the biomechanics fix I need. When your lower back gives out after just walking for an hour you know you need to look at structure more than strength.
