    underrated is not the word. Tim is woefully underrated, the one liner king.
    who else can publish one or two thick books of their jokes and then not repeat any of them ever.

    • @bladechild2449
      @bladechild2449 2 месяца назад

      I think it's a stretch to go down this route. He sells out big theatre/hall tours every time. For someone decidedly PG-13 and somewhat niche, he's about as popular as you'd expect.

    • @SeanSMST
      @SeanSMST 15 дней назад

      @@bladechild2449 He is, it's a shame though. His humor is pretty funny and light, a good break from everything else going on. The one liner niche he's in has pigeon holed him and he is as popular as he can be doing it, I think his absurdist and goofy side is more appealing overall. He could shift to some weird hybrid of ross noble and ken dodd or something, similar to his appearance on taskmaster, and it could work. If it works for him and is successful, that would be more popular than the one liners.

    With films like Elvis, as with BoRap, it's more about telling a story surrounding the legends than sticking to the facts. They're films, and they have to truncate decades of life into one film. So things get amalgamated.
    What's frustrating is the way the internet runs away with these things, thinking it's the gospel truth scene for scene, when clearly it's a dramatised version of events.
