Hi Briggs👋🏽👋🏽 Another fabulous tour as always.Nice home but not a fan of this one. No patio of size to entertain on,no back yard, The primary closet I felt was a bit too small.And the home was too choppy for me The staging of this home was not on point to really showcase this home.The basement was huge with endless possibilities as you stated. As I said Briggs your presentation of this home was on point.

It's a BEAUTY for a beautiful and or rich person's with monies to pick and or choose to enjoy such gorgeousness being shown throughout the house that 👀 looks moreso like a mansion; sooo BEAUTIFUL, the kitchen, the wood flooring and the patio's top favorite's of mine about the house that's full of BEAUTIFUL built inside and outside the house connections BEAUTIFULNESS.😁↗I'm not 👀 looking to buy, I'm just 👀looking; and often care to make comment/s about.

I’ve been thinking this home is large but it’s decor is not enough for such a space so it looks half done lol
I am not a fan of the master being on the second floor and at the price point the master closet should have two. I am a big fan of the outdoors so if not enough yard for me. I guess you’re paying for location. It’s also not opened enough either

I have a question maybe you can answer, why are builders so stingy with the pantry space? Do they not know we love lot’s storage space for anything related to the needs of cooking, not only food items, small appliances, dishes, movable carts on wheels to transport items to kitchen area. The more space in a pantry, the less trips to the grocery store, or Costco. By the way I love the relaxing way you tour the homes , you don’t zoom from room to room thanks for that. 👌🏽
