Congrats! 🎉🎉 Sage hill is a great community. Definitely a little pricey for a townhouse but that's just where the market is at right now. Just a few months ago this price would get you a semi-detached. It still can in certain communities. I am seeing townhomes still get over 50 viewings if priced right and multiple offers. So its great that ya'll locked something in. Townhomes and Apartments are showing no signs of slowing down still. Hoping we can get a more balanced market in the winter months. Congratulations N & T on your new purchase. It's definitely a practical choice. The property has it's own character, with all attributes of detached house and a backyard with privacy. About yellow patches in the grass, I would say that's a common phenomenon with the sods. Perhaps the sod to soil contact is inadequate. Yes it needs watering (in morning hours, deep watering once every 5 days) and also some organic fertilizer (weed & feed type as this is a new lawn) so that it adds a couple of inches before freeze. Also mow at 2 1/2 inches every 3 to 4 days for a neat look. I'm sure this would be impressive coming spring.

Heartiest congratulations 🤗 just a small suggestion, the area where you have set up your Mandir, I would suggest you to make that your living area because it has a view to your backyard and you will mostly end up spending time there and make the entrance your dining area so it will give a more spacious and clean look to the house when someone will enter. Rest I’m sure it’s your house and you will decorate it however you like it ❤ all the best
Congrats on the new house 🎉🎉. Where u mentioned the dinning room area normally in Canada it is the living room area. Reason being due to privacy and u can walk out to the back garden plus u don't have to close the blinds. The dinning area in the front u will be using less plus only in the evenings.

best time to move to calgary was 2020 to 2022, now its not worth it, prices are almost same to cities like kitchener, cambridge, london.
I know kitchener prices might be 10-15% more than calgary but then again appreciation value,salaries and weather is also favourable in east canada
17:30 its LVP (luxury vinyl plank).. Laminate is not durable as LVP.. and its water renitent so you can use wet mop with no worry :)

Congratulations!! Awesome Townhouse; especially the kitchen. I read that gas stoves cause cancer. Did you guys have similar findings? Nowadays, majority of new homes have a gas stove and I am nervous about this. Love the carpet on the top floor. Keep up the great work Nishant and Tanu 🏠🙏😃

This was by which builder ?? And how much time they took ?
Help a fellow househunter out please - We're home hunting in Edmonton and when I mentioned I would like the induction gas to be replaced with flame gas, the realtor said that might not be possible because they would have to shut off gas for all homes which is inconvenient. I found that odd and accepted it until your video today. Is your builder ok with shutting of gas because it's a new construction or was mine just unaware?
I thnk because its a preconstruction and they had gas pipeline providion already hence they were able to provide this as a package
