    Pink Floyd! And you're wearing shorts! My aren't we causal today. :)
    The condo is nice. I too, am impressed with it having a car wash bay. I actually never heard/seen such a thing on the grounds of an apartment/condo building.
    For a one bedroom it was nicely done. I might redo the kitchen counters and replace the stove/oven, but that's about it in there.
    I didn't notice any signs of central air so .....?
    Is parking assigned or titled?

      Thank you!!! Hahaha my seller always wears music tees so he inspired my look for this one 🙈 - I would do the same things and am always jealous of the car wash bays, so convenient! No A/C - remember most apartments in Calgary sadly don't come with A/C unless the owner puts one in afterwards.
