Hi I recently was told by a friend of mine that an agent from the UK that was trying to sell him a weathered/waterproofed WOLF Land Rover told him that the ‘wolf rim’ the ANR4583 is NOT the ‘original’ rims but were first introduce in Iraq during the gulf war. The original he was told is the ‘blindo rims’ (the one you would find in a WMIK). Is this legit?

as far as I'm aware, the Blindo rims are only fitted to the WMIK, not standard Wolf models. I've never seen a Wolf in service, or a picture of one in period, with Blindo rims
