In reality a lot has changed in India, and also in 2011 the census was wrong because it does not count tribal religions as separate religion, they included them within Hinduism. Many Muslims from Bangladesh have settled in Assam and West Bengal. Many Christians in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are SC, they don't want to lose their govt. job so they choose to have Hindu identity.
