- One day, suddenly wanted to eat corn-cheese. So, I went into a sushi restaurant. Golden smell.. Sweet and savoury taste !! Nowadays, I make my own corn-cheese and eat it with a glass of beer. Now, you can also make this Korean style corn-cheese and enjoy it!
▪︎ Ingredient
Canned corn(half of 375g canned corn), sugar 1Ts, salt 1/4ts, mayonnaise 2ts, butter 1/2Ts, shred pizza cheese 3Ts, a little pepper and parsley powder
▪︎ Recipe
1. Remove liquid from canned corn.
2. I used only half because it was large in quantity.
3. Mix corn with sugar, salt, mayonnaise, butter, shred pizza cheese, pepper and parsley powder.
4. Put (3) in a round pan and spread well.
5. Cook it for 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius with Airfryer.

If you like cheese & mayonnaise, you can add a little more.

횟집에서 콘치즈 주는 거 너무 맛있어요ㅠ 본 목적을 잊어버린 적도..ㅎㅎ

오븐에 몇분? 몇도로해야 하나요?
버터에 소금에 치즈까지 곁들이니 너무 짜네요. 조절해서 요리해야할 것 같아요.
