Meh about the daily shower requirement, I’m kinda with Micah on this one haha. Fantastic episode! I am in a single and content season and looooove hearing marrieds tell their stories. I would love to pick your brains as I’m praying about the launch of my podcast called Level Up 👀🙏🏻☺️
Y'alls goodbyes remind me of The Sound of Music every time 😂 Serious question though (in your opinion) what do you do when a "season" starts turning into a lifelong struggle. Our "season" is at 4 years now (infertility) and it's rather annoying and depressing
Hi! Not sure if you will see this or not but i am 30 years old and have been struggling with infertility for 4 years as well❤ i just thought I would reach out because community is everything in this tough season and to tell you to not give up ❤
Love that you have God in your everyday lives. Many of us don’t know God and His love, I am grateful that you both share what he does in your lives. And this is how we can learn who God is and can also do in our lives, thank you both for that. God bless you both.
Bathing everyday is a non-negotiable. You still use the bathroom several times a day, so if nothing else does, your downstairs definitely needs to be washed.
I am late once again watching this but wanted to still comment and say this was another great one! Thank you guys so much for sharing as it helps so many of us ❤
you're still shedding skin even if you shower....and there's research showing that your microbiome is better if you don't shower every day. choice of soap is also key
once you have kids the date night become wondering how the kid is doing w a sitter and/or making her stop worrying about how the kid is doing with the sitter and/or going back home early bc you can't stop worrying how the kid is doing with the sitter LOL
Why don't most Christians think twice about going to a doctor or hospital for physical issues but they somehow lack faith when they think about going to a counselor? If you get a broken arm, you go to the ER and get a cast. So, why wouldn't you seek counseling to "fix" emotional brokenness?
Im with Micah on the showering. There’s actually studies saying that we shower too often and it’s good for your skin to have a break from bathing 😁
