Happy New Year! Fragrance goals- FINISH ALL of my HW candles and not buy more until all of the current ones are used. I definitely have enough for Fall and Christmas, but I'm pretty sure I can finish up Winter, Spring and Summer.

Hi Melanie i can’t believe I did this but I stocked up on the happy Hanukkah candles at bath and Bodyworks, which I’m not sure if you tried or not but it smells like a yummy jelly doughnut similar to the jelly doughnut, Kringle Candle. Also I love vanilla Burch from Bath & Body Works in January and February and such a comforting and rather perfume, he smell. I could barely smell the wishing for Christmas candles burned in December, and was kind of bummed. I couldn’t smell them that well on cold either but burning it was almost nothing!
My goal until March is to use up all of my sweaty or partially used wax bars! Clean it all out so my collection is smaller and ready for the new season!

As far as luxury goes, I do love my Diptyque candles, the single wicks! Boysmells have some unique scents, you do need to babysit some of them. Maison Francis Kurkdjian are amazing but pricey. Same for Trudon, I only own 1 but it was great, I definitely want to venture into the brand!

Happy 2024! I am continuing to work on not buying anything new, and just working through what I have for a bit…it was starting to get a little bonkers. I made it through all the sales after thanksgiving and onward and didn’t buy any new candles-except one of your vintage pomanders. Scentsy I’m still sticking to only getting club shipments. I need to widdle that down too. I’m hoping I can holdfast until next Fall. We’ll see. 😂

Happy New Year Melanie and Alf! My wax goals for 2024 is to focus on using up my older wax melts and candles. I am going to be on strict low buy this year as and only buying scents that I know that I love! Thanks for sharing!

I just started ordering from Kringle and I’ve burned one large jar and one medium jar and I honestly could not smell either candle. Like not even a medium throw. I have three more I got on sale and I’ll give those a go but I have to at least be able to smell them a little. 😑
Oh no! That makes me sad to hear. The two wicks are not house fillers for me but they are not unscented to me. I usually get a solid medium throw but many things can play into how candles perform. I hope you find a brand that makes you happier!
@@MrKongsMom it’s okay! I’m still glad I tried them. I wouldn’t have known they didn’t work for me otherwise. They sure do look pretty burning in my home though! BBW does really well for me. I don’t have the problems others do except they burn really fast so I was hoping for a candle that lasts longer. I have some luck with Homeworx as well. Having been in the fragrance community for a few years, I know scent is so subjective. So, I’m glad I tried. ☺️☺️☺️
Happy New Year! 🌹Home fragrance goals for 2024: continue reducing candle collection to c. 50; keep an eye out for new cruelty free soy candle makers; & shop my own collection first (continue resisting candle hoarding).😉 I emailed Kringle to request they don’t retire certain scents & to please keep the medium jar size (helps me keep my collection managed). I don’t have Instagram, so please also post products updates here. 🙏🏼 Vintage Pomander is lovely. I’m more than half way through the jar I received; it’s a light fragrance throw (4-5), so I’ll let Kringle know. This week: enjoyed Kringle Tinsel Thyme Mercury jar, Vintage Pomander, Ginger Snow Angel, Tea & Cookies, Berry Clouds, BBW French Baguette & Paris Café. Kringle’s new coffee scent, Cozy & Warm, smells predominantly of caramel to my nose. (Paris Café is still the strongest coffee scent to my nose.) January is a good cozy fragrance month (warm spices, tea, coffee, & some lighter tree/herbals). Happy fragrances to all. Best regards, R🍁

RIP your Harvest Leaves. Just finished Fresh Start and it was a nice floral to start the year off right. I have low expectations for candles, don't expect them to have strong throws the whole time.

My plan is to limit my candle budget for spring and summer and fall and winter. My goal is to not spend more than 150.00 for spring and summer and 150.00 for fall and winter.
I LOVE that you gave yourself a dollar amount. I do that too, I have to in order to budget for what I am buying to share on the channel. Otherwise it would get out of control real fast.
