I ride a bike in Texas. When it rains, it pours. It's bad enough biking through the rain, but drivers get downright unpredictable when they get water on their windshield. One guy turned so hard he went over the curb and almost flattened me. Some people should not get behind a wheel, I swear.

No, they're just poor drivers.
No, it's because traffic in LA is often miles long traffic jams, and everybody is so stressed out that the rain makes them drive like Duke Nukem.
It actually has to do with road conditions.
When it doesn't rain often, all of the residue and grime on the roads gets wet for the first time in months.
All that oil, gas, road dirt, engine fluids, etc hasn't gotten off the actual road like it would in other areas where rainfall is more common and the run off carries the grime off the roads.
Also dry ground + sudden rainfall = landslides and mudslides. Dry earth isn't compacted as much and is looser so it can be moved far easier than already damp earth when the rains come.

@@SmokeyMonke Smoke is 1 of the 3 revenants that are alive which includes Smoke, Kabal and Kurtis Stryker. The deceased revenants are Jade, Kitana, Kung Lao, Night Wolf, Sindel and Liu Kang.
@@SmokeyMonke Smoke is actually dead even though he was resurrected as a revenant but the enenra demon is the one controlling his body whilst Smoke is a stuck in his body unable to do anything. But in MK12 when the timeline is restarted all the characters will be alive including the previous deceased kombatants that were turned into revenants. Also Bi Han will be Sub Zero not Noob Saibot.
