- Certain characters in Mortal Kombat have a very close relationship with others (e.g. Kitana and Jade) and for that, they tend to be so overprotective they start interfering with their each others' personal lives and relationships. In this video, I assembled these instances where characters invade each others' privacy.

There's something great about Scorpion being so on-board with Jacqui/Takeda.

Pretty sure all the references to Takeda is just to reassure us that they haven't forgotten about him. I'm guessing that he's with his father hunting down his mother's killer which seems to be hinted at in his arcade endings in MKX. I know the arcade endings aren't usually canon, but it's the best explanation I could come up with to why the fucker just suddenly disappeared.

I don't think it's actually mentioned at all if Kenshi is alive or dead. If you're referring to the Krypt, Shang Tsung mentions feasting on his soul, but that would have had to have happened before his death back in MK9, but if he was in MKX, then that has to be non-canon (The lore in the krypt tends to not be canon).
