I started rubbing painful area under collar bone of bad arm, and the very sore inflamed tissue in the arm at the tricep. Made my arm so painful, took it up a notch! Is this just bad to do?
@@PerformanceSportSpine I don’t get how TOS is not a big deal condition My life has been ruined Unable to work AT ALL now, was reduced to DoorDash but it got super bad Xmas nite n since then I can barely sit upright or walk around. I can tolerate it a few min n have to go flat to get the pain back down to a 6. That takes 5 min of breathing deep like I’m having contractions. Idk why even, that it suddenly got sooo bad. Can’t cook a meal, can barely stand showering as I need to get flat again halfway thru. Is TOS rly a mild condition in most ppl?

The wall angel test, I am totally unable to do it the pain is literally Unbearable.. however pretty much everything else i could do with little pain.
Best to focus on the others for a while and then try the wall angel in time and see if it goes better

potentially. You want to be very careful and make sure you are putting tenson on the nerves
shouldn’t we avoid raising arms above shoulders in tos because it will push down the collarbone and press the outlet more?
Raising your arm is part of daily life. You may need to modify or adjust temporary, but don't simply need to avoid it forever
I mean many of these exercises include overhead movements
What about venous tos
these should not been done for venous TOS. That require immeidately medical attention and assessment

Sounds like you have a very serious case. Maybe some medication or gentle soft tissue work can help calmed down the pain/symptoms

Have you looked into surgery as an option after exhausting traditional treatment methods? (I am not an expert) @@YeshuaKingMessiah
I think wall angels should be replaced with the same movement except elbows face forward instead of sideways
The way we demonstrate it is better than that suggestion
