Make an infinite hallway where the last section goes in front of the one you're in, and so it looks like it goes forever. I'm sure you can get something similar to that. Good stuff, keep it up.
I was gonna suggest something similar, a non-euclidian challenge, could be a maze or just an adventure, but "impossible spaces" is the ultimate theme, so you could rearrange stuff in a room when it is out of view to make it seem new, or you could move entire rooms in and out of place to create for example a spiral hallway that you run around in a circle a few times before being able to exit the other "end". They did a similar concept with logic and lights for the "invisible maze" challenge i think, but to have it physically shift around i think would be super cool.
I really want to build a maze that's using the same concept as moonbo's now, but make it look better AND have more effects, like falling sand when stealing the duck.
for clarity, you'd have four Cross corridors with 4 doors each. they would enter through one door which would close behind them then the 2 doors that lead to other corridors would open. sensors would detect them walking through a door, closing it behind them along with the other doors, and rotating the 4 crosses before opening to the two new directions. it'd be some legit lost woods stuff. ideally you'd have 1 door in the maze always open to the outside and their goal is to find the combination to reach that door. could even be the entrance after their first choice.
now imagine doing the invisible maze , plus the flipping maze, and then add in the change of the maze as well. what if you put the changing maze on a timer, and maybe have more than one configuration, RNG maybe, omg imagine if the maze just happened to put someone in a loop of deadends.
Look, I'm sorry, but this isn't a "maze", it's a "puzzle". You could argue that a maze IS a puzzle, and you are probably right. But this isn't that, this is a "guess the combination" puzzle. Regardless, great concept and well-executed, its entertaining in the end.
MM idea: Catch objects launched from the ground into the sky with a flying vehicle. You can take turns first to 10, or free for all, or however you want.
u should try recreate a small version of the moving rooms with traps off the film the cube just on a smaller scale and maybe get the guys to make some room traps
In an old minecraft server i made a maze that had a section that was heavily influenced by the pokemon Red/blue/yellow Veridian Tower (name might be wrong due to this totally from memory) where you get Lapris and have to make it through the team rocket palce to fight Giovanni. Basically each room had 4 teleport paths and each room looked the same other than the colors in the corners. I think the fastest sequence through each teleporter room was like 12 or 8 moves xD colors were obv reused but the indicator was that they were in different corners than other times the player had seen the colors
You guys should do pet racing. Like build an un-piloted self navigating object like a Roomba or your cows you built for that herding video you guys did. Maybe with a random movement element. I don't know you guys are the experts.
"So, it's a very simple concept..." You know? Kan says this way too much. XD jk Although, I believe I can agree with it for once. Complicated wiring. Simple concept.
Why not make two identical rooms, one top of each other? Then when you complete the room, you're moved to the other room above or below, that way you could have them loop around through two rooms, but they would look like it's the same room.
I want to see a challenge where everyone works on one maze/ obstacle course and adds their own traps in certain sections. The challenge would be making mechanisms that are just difficult enough to slow the others down while letting you get past quickly.
so i hate to burst your bubble, but this is not a maze it's a puzzle lock, a cool puzzle lock but still, not a maze a maze must follow the trace the wall to the exit rule or it is no longer a maze, by definition. and before you ask a maze with islands or repeating patterns is called a labyrinth, so also not a maze. you guys keep tripping up all this terminology in your videos so hope that helps.

Something like that exists already in scrap mechanic. Not technically infinite but it feels like it. It’s a hallway map

You guys are all so imaginative, coming up with these intricate designs all the time... Absolutely fantastic to watch.
I love how kan just creates these very logical things, then everyone else creates very physical things
You can avoid the need for a crawl space by having all 4 pushers act at the same time.
I really want to build a maze that's using the same concept as moonbo's now, but make it look better AND have more effects, like falling sand when stealing the duck.
4 X corridors on turn tables would also work. Having them turn based on sensor inputs.

Next time you do a maze, maybe you could make a maze where both of the players are in the same maze? I bet you could do some fun things with that :)
Kan is the reason I first ever heard of Scrap Mechanic, but dang.. I sucked at it and the stuff Kan can build in this game in unbelievable.
kAN: Color match maze
ScrapMan: Rotating maze
Moonbo: DUCK HUNT
Ah, more maze torture, gotta love it
The only issue i see with it's design is that all the pistons should push out, otherwise a character could just walk off the middle plat and break it.
Him saying it's just simple logic is like mumbo saying it's a simple redstone build and then building a giant all knowing mayor bot.
kan this is extremely good. i think you can make it 1000 times better with thought.
Congrats on the win boss.
When are we going to get the Kan perspective of the last hide and seek?

Ah, so it's the Forest Maze from Super Mario RPG. Or, well, Wayward Path from Pokemon DPPT for those who aren't old enough to remember an SNES game.
Another A-maze-ing video!! 😃

This is a great kANcept!

"a little bit of logic" he says
All cool mazes
A-maze-ing
How complicated do you want it
Kan: yes
A maze like Scrapman's but you have to watch your shadow below you to figure out where to go.
kAN, today your methodical method of traversing Moombo's maze payed off. Scrapman's haphazard method did not.
cool stuff
"So, it's a very simple concept..." You know? Kan says this way too much. XD jk

Cool kan-cept
1:47 its a really simple kANzept xd

Whell maybe you should do a D&D let’s play???
Thats a 0.4% success rate lmao
Very nice
I'd be okay with repeats of really old mpms some fresh ideas will come.
Nice Soup
Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds - Lost Woods Kan Gaming edition
If you ever do this again make it rotate and the wall change
places.
I didn't watch the full video then but now some actually made the wall change.

I would've made all of the pushers activate every time.
what happened to 1080p?
Nice
Anybody else notice the combination for kAN's maze has you go back the direction you came at one point? So it's not really a maze lol
Why didn't we see your side of the hide and seek last week????
Is this the same as lost woods? If yes, then cool if no then you should’ve done that.
How about an interactive maze that changes the other persons maze and fixes you maze
beeaannssss
Its weird that you go right and then left because you technically are in the same room as before (kANs maze)
Man.... kAN would just easily say.... "it's easy"... that ain't easy, that looks complicated
This is a-MAZE-ing
Someone needs to make a backrooms maze...
in what foddamn country do you live in ? you posted this video an hour ago, and for me an hour ago it was 1:30 AM, tho nice video
He lives in Canada according to his RUclips about page
When you said concept my thought was don't you mean KANcept
im glad im not his friend
Isn't it just a 3 door maze?
hi kan
Did you know that "play starbase esabrats yalp" is a palindrome?
hi
Don't you mean kan-cept?
G,day
Guess vid kAn

I didn't know that maze and a labyrinth were different things, 'cause in spanish, they mean the same thing, both translate to "laberinto"
Nice
hi
