Great list Nathan! Yesterday I picked up the Penelope Valencia. Happened to see some bottles of Penelope 15yo American Light Whiskey. Last year it was 13yo. Couldn’t find any reviews on the 15. Was wondering if you own or have even tried it. Looking for feedback before buying. 😉

Who the hell doesn’t like James E Pepper!?!?!?
From what I’ve had of Pepper. Their distillate, while very sweet, tends to have a decent to large amount of cinnamon that could catch many off guard.
@@kylewipert11 I can see that. All I know is that James E Pepper 1776 bourbon is amazing. I get a creamy, sweet tea taste, since it’s unfiltered. And the longer it opens up, the better it gets.
