Paras Pandya it’s a figure of speech, I am not saying he is an actual doctor and all...he is selfless and tells you what’s what unlike many doctors who have made quite the career out of scaring people and thugging them for money...yes all the information he shares is anyways available online but he is clearing out noise and mapping out solutions for you. Corona ki vaccine: unfortunately Ayurveda and Unani medicines are not being seen as viable source of income and hence is being practiced less and less to the point where even if we could potentially get the vaccine using the Ayurveda and Unani medicines but no one is practicing them with that rigor. It’s our loss and capitalism’s gain...

It's been only 5 days to release this video. After finding out that I have almost every problem mentioned in the video, I decided to stop being lazy. Just adopted two things - Started going for morning walk and stopped using mobile/laptop, post dinner. All the problems are now gone.

It depends on person, some people prefer to study during at night while some morning. So choose which time you are able to study effectively. Just make sure to get the 7-8hrs sleep

I think morning is better. But if you're more comfortable at night, study at night itself. Why don't you try studying in the morning for a few days and see how it goes. Also, if yoy plan to study in the morning, you should sleep early at night. That's important. You should get around 8 hours of sleep.

Its going to be difficult but its only solution for delaying your hairloss. I've MPB as well but these things helped me a lot.. -No masturbation, follow bhramcharya. -Take morning sunlight for vitamin D and also add vitamin C in diet. -Reduce stress , sleep more for atleast 7 hours.. try to maintain same sleeping schedule for more relaxed deep sleep. -Chew your food at least 30 times. -Eliminate all your stomach related problems for better absorption of nutrients. -Increase testosterone by doing exercises like squats and more -limit your mobile usage to minimum. Keep your mobile or lappy away from testicles as radiations decrease testosterone -stop using plactics Bottles.(same reason) -Add organic milk (saamne duaa hua) in your diet before sleep if you can make sure that cow is free from injections and all if not take multivitamins tablets after your breakfast -massage your hair 2 times a day for good blood circulation for at least 10 mins.. you can buy massager as well.. -make sure you have no dandruff on scalp and whenever you feel dandruff.. use 1% ketacanzole and ZPTO soap or shampoo.

I think jaggery( high in iron) will form chelate when mixed with choona ( good source of calcium) , so its better not to mix them.

You should sleep before 10.. p.m
It depends on person, some people prefer to study during at night while some morning. So choose which time you are able to study effectively. Just make sure to get the 7-8hrs sleep
I tried studying in the morning but I found that I am unable to concentrate in the morning but my concentration level during night study is very good. I think it depends upon person to person. Just keep experimenting and find what you like
I think morning is better. But if you're more comfortable at night, study at night itself. Why don't you try studying in the morning for a few days and see how it goes. Also, if yoy plan to study in the morning, you should sleep early at night. That's important. You should get around 8 hours of sleep.

Its going to be difficult but its only solution for delaying your hairloss. I've MPB as well but these things helped me a lot..
-No masturbation, follow bhramcharya.
-Take morning sunlight for vitamin D and also add vitamin C in diet.
-Reduce stress , sleep more for atleast 7 hours.. try to maintain same sleeping schedule for more relaxed deep sleep.
-Chew your food at least 30 times.
-Eliminate all your stomach related problems for better absorption of nutrients.
-Increase testosterone by doing exercises like squats and more
-limit your mobile usage to minimum. Keep your mobile or lappy away from testicles as radiations decrease testosterone
-stop using plactics Bottles.(same reason)
-Add organic milk (saamne duaa hua) in your diet before sleep if you can make sure that cow is free from injections and all if not take multivitamins tablets after your breakfast
-massage your hair 2 times a day for good blood circulation for at least 10 mins.. you can buy massager as well..
-make sure you have no dandruff on scalp and whenever you feel dandruff.. use 1% ketacanzole and ZPTO soap or shampoo.
