According to the info from Kuwait Ministry of Justice yes they can. They have to prove they are eligiable to marry and show accepted documents. Non Citizens are allowed to marry as long as they meet the requirments

If she was pulling any of this in the US, I'd be much more likely to "see something, say something" but violations of Kuwait laws are not my battles to fight, I only research and make content about them; however, I'm confident that videos like this one ARE being sent by others to Kuwait authorities.

@@Eye_Lash I think that only the Canadian authorities can force Chantal to stay in Canada (in certain cases, a person can be banned from leaving the place of residence or the country). Kuwait can " only" deport Chantal and deny further entry.

Good question, thanks for asking. I have NOT sent this or any videos to Kuwaiti authorities and don't plan to. If she was pulling any of this in the US, I'd be much more likely to "see something, say something" but violations of Kuwait laws are not my battles to fight, I only research and make content about them; however, I'm confident that videos like this one ARE being sent by others to Kuwait authorities.

I think that the perfume "business" (or another "business" that we don't know about) is just a front for selling all kinds of fake papers and giving people "jobs" on paper for a resident visa. And maybe that's what could get them into a lot more trouble than "just" having fake papers, could mean years and years in prison for Salah and/or deportation, same for her if she is involved somehow. That could also be a reason for "not talking about anything private anymore" and just doing mukbangs.

Last time they moved they disinfected the apartment to the point of steaming floors so there's something there. But I also think that to keep other people in the building quiet or the paid off Manager of the building, they bring food haul presents to people and that would include anything a family needs.
