normally I don't really like the backrooms or any those those weird internet-based horror ( this is always spam almost everywhere) but I'll give it a pass at least this game is good and at least you're here just to get the class and that's it
@@changsiah2 I feel a lot of Backrooms lore is dumb and overplayed, but I also give this instance a pass because I think it actually works for what they're trying to do, namely having an "unfinished" segment of reality with scraps of something powerful but very little else akin to those old glitch levels and partially scrubbed dev rooms in older games, and most importantly they don't overplay it. Like you said, you're just here to get the class and 2 trinkets so it's basically just a short Easter Egg that doesn't overstay its welcome.
The backrooms is real though. It's not like how the internet portrays it wherein you disassociate in the wrong place and you're transported to an odd realm; but if you do happen to go down further and further into the depths of the Sewar systems, or underneath abandoned buildings, you will find the backrooms. Plenty of videos up on that.

Now the next question is, how do you get the labyrinth armor set. It was one of my favs from rem1, and it even got a visual upgrade. I just have no idea how to get it, apart from starting on invoker obv.
I don't really understand what all of these items have in common that suddenly gives you corrupted. It feels like random items thrown together. How do you even come up with this?
So yea I have everything equipped like so in the video and I’m not getting an corrupted aura. I have invader to 7 with the worm hole ability and the other one at lvl 10. Does invader have to be at 10 also? Please help

Whisper is bugged for me, he doesn't sell the armor of the explorer I already did the campaign but he doesn't upload the shop. Anyone knows what I can do?
As I understand the collection of items and things you need to choose feels random, because it *IS* . According to certain sources (and people in the comments here) this was a secret meant to be found via datamining the game. Meaning you literally NEED a tutorial to find the Archon or you will never find it organically. Yeah, talk about a *secret* archetype. Summoner can be bought at an altar which always seems to spawn somewhere on Yaesha with wisps collected during a triggerable Blood Moon event. For Alchemist you only need to walk close to a drainage pipe in Losomn. Gunslinger is gotten from listening to all of Mudtooth's stories, time consuming but worth it overall for the cowboy class. Engineer is found just inside the fog in N'erud in a random spot (basically requiring Explorer to see) Explorer is earned from beating the final boss. Invader takes by far the most steps requiring you to get the Dreamcatcher and then go to Root Earth and use it on a glowing rock and kill a secret boss. Convoluted and mysterious? Yes, they are supposed to be secret after all. But compare all these to Archon where you need to literally go into the files of the game to learn how to assemble a random selection of gear to take to a corrupted door, yeah that cakes the take. Yeah thank god that Dataminers do what they do or this secret woulda never've been found. That's serious dedication to a game right there on the part of the Devs and Community that this Archetype exists and was even found at all.
Destiny did *not* pioneer the idea of a floating lightning mage. Nor did it pioneer the idea of a helmet with a large vertical visor. Bungie wishes it could whip up something this fun and engaging.
@@jollyplaguedoctor7512 the effing reaction of everyone Is saying that archon Is basically Destiny warlock, the similarities are too many not to be and intentional choice. Hecj Destiny warlock have a very similari helmet
Can't say I'm not a tad disappointed in this series of secrets, they could've implemented the backrooms in a more fitting way that would allow players to accidentally fall into it, but the entrance you clip through might appear in different areas on different conditions that would be tough to pinpoint. A puzzle that requires datamining the exact set of things to equip is fun for dataminers I guess, but I'm not a dataminer.
If anybody is curious, you get the Archon armor (Laboratory Armor) by creating a new character, make your way through the intro until ward 13, then you can select Archon as one of your options and BAM, there's your armor.
Everyone was so far off the mark as well that is some mean and clever idea by the devs but i feel like they did this as a little challenge for the data miners something maybe to have fun doing

There are hints to it in game like the picture of the backrooms on the wall in Fords room but as far as i know its not directly stated anywhere. If it were this wouldnt have taken so long
@@ItsShatter Don't need a new cahracter at all. I have ONE character and never changed that. In order to get the armor a play through of the campaign has to be done.
if you beat the game and didn’t get whispers to sell realmwalker set your game offline and beat the story again then see if he sells it that worked for me
After completing your first run of campaign u can purchase it from armour man or start a new character with the class u can unlock once u complete campaign

Backrooms have nothing to do with lore in the game. It's an easter egg. One that isn't meant to fit in with lore.

The solution was actually datamined. Dev confirmed this is supposed to be datamined, otherwise it's almost impossible to get the answer

make sure you have ultra weight encumbrance, this causes you to flop/ultra heavy roll. Then just do it 100 times. Reggie will sell the amulet after.
Got mine in main base shop. Dunno about flopping 100 times. I may or may not have done that many.

So to have every Archetype unlocked on a single character you would need to start as an Explorer?
Once you beat the game you get the compass and can unlock the Explorer for that class

How do you get Leto's Amulet? I saw someone say to FLOP 100 times in front of Reggie to make him available to sell it.
I did like 30ish flops and he sold it for me
could be true as it appeared in his inventory for me after playing with flop on a 95% damage reduction melee build for a few hours
I did it about 30 times as well and it was there

The Whispers vendor should sell it after you unlock the class but he is bugged atm.

@@Gregory-pi3oc Why would you have to beat it on Nightmare? The devs stated that getting Archon doesn't require any particular difficulty setting.
