How do I change the textures of the cards? Is it the same thing besides the different assets?

Yeah, the same way, just gotta find the correct file for each card and then use a different asset

I'm not sure what you mean? you gotta find the path to your neon white folder in the steam directory.

Asset Bundle Extractor keeps getting blocked by Avast One

Don't use Avast then, you don't need anything else than Windows Defender, and if you are still not sure about some files, Virustotal
