MW2 guns had inexistent Range and Bullet Speed, the AUG (STB556, what a shitty name) actually is one of the best guns of mw2 since it used to have the highest range on the game and the recoil is one of the lowest, put the 3x and Speed Boolets and melt everyone
People just dont play hardcore enough. I rock the cronen squall mainly because i fell in love with it at its release but now it sucks in core. However since im a hardcore player it doesnt matter about meta, its still top tier! So i highly recommend people who wanna use these old guns play in hardcore :)
@triiple9909 not sure if it's intentional but every barrel that boosts bullet velocity and damage range takes away from ads speed and sprint to fire speed, well with MW2 weapons this negative effect is way higher than it should be typically you would see a -12% on MW3 barrels for ads speed but with MW2 barrels it can go as high as -30% making the gun feel too sluggish to keep up with MW3 weapons
@@superrustyy yeah they are now worth it maybe the M4s 11.5 barrel but most will gave a 10% range boost with a 40% downside to ads and movement. I saw an attachment that increased recoil control by 1% and took handling down by 5% across the board
