Forgetting to give a lantern a ring is weird. That is their entire thing. That is like releasing the punisher without any guns.

Quite a lot to unpack here cause this is my wheel house, love the lantern universe and have waited so long for this review lol which you knocked out of the park!
(I do not have nekron yet so it was really cool to see a breakdown of him)
Funny enough Kyle is my favorite, with Deahtstorm being my least favorite, though I will admit the gold label one is FAR better and honestly might be my figure of the year, though a headswap between the two does both figures some good, Kyle in the 90s black suit tended to be more happy go lucky and in the geoff jones green suit he was far more serious, and I like the texture they went with, it keeps them from being the slick nothings of marvel legends bucky cap mold
Deathstorm for me was pretty stiff, so he poses like crap on my end, and it's worth noting the lantern he has is the white lantern, not a black lantern.
As for batman and superman, I really love the paint on supermans face, especially the eyes, and find these two pose really well, though I am also bothered by supermans lack of a ring
With Attrocitus I stole the red lantern from battrocitus and gave it to him, but I think he really needed a Dex-Starr, maybe he'll be packed with a bleez, or maybe a red lantern Guy Gardner?? (please todd)
With the greens, I think parallax is the perfect middle ground, I don't like the Hal/John body at all, its so awkward and very obviously older and I would love to see some reworking of these two that matches this kyle, and would love a sinestro, maybe with a gold label green lantern version?

It was definitely a challenge! One of the harder videos I have done, honestly, but I think it was a good template for doing whole wave videos moving forward. Superman is so close to perfect.
Okay on the BAF I thought about this, with the head character include the card, with the legs character an extra base for the BAF and the arms their accessories (Red Lantern) and body can stay cuz its biggest piece.... do it McFarlane 😂

Great review,loved the whole wave review and i think if mcfarlane have done the kyle torso same way as atrocitus it would quit him articulation
In retrospect, I really should have shown his torso articulation so you could see how it compared to Kyle.

Thanks! I would have liked the car. I am not a big Ghost Rider fan, but that car would have been very helpful for figure photography. I mainly just wanted Mephisto and Madelyn Prior. Ah well.
I wouldn't be surprised if we get a Earth-two golden age superman figure or the new 52 Earth-two versions of that figure soon as well as Wonder woman too man
Oh I am absolutely certain we will get Earth-2 Wonder Woman before a a Rebirth or Classic comic one.

Yeah Batman was thought to have been killed but was actually sent traveling through time. The corpse that Black Hand took out of Bruce's grave was revealed to be a clone

Yeah I am seeing online a few people getting just Deathstorm for their Crime Syndicate. I think he works pretty well!
The thing that bugs me with the Kyle figure is the fisted hand with the ring. While Hal and John are stuck with the holding hands which looks stupid.
Swappable hands would be ideal. That way he can dual wield

they look great, I'm only interested in Deathstorm, Zombie Bats,Zombie Superman and Necron, Blackest Night was a good read. Still excited for Speed Metal only for The Darkest Knight. Recently I started to add a few Batman: White Knight Figures to my Collection
I am torn. I want Darkest Knight but not interested in the others. Though I have a fun idea for a Wally West video
Yeah the no cards for click and collect figure is annoying I’m gonna start cutting out the bug picture on the back and keep that but only started with Atrocitus and will do with Arkham city Grundy wave. Think they should include the card either with each figure in the wave or maybe just with the figure that has the biggest piece with it

I have a Kyle video coming out within the next couple week (probably next week) and I will do that swap for you so you can see how it looks.
This is the first full wave I’ve ever gotten. I intend on getting nekron eventually…but I’m a giant GL fan so keep ‘em coming..but go back to using the old green. It was way better than this one
I want/wish Mcfarlane to scale down to 6” to match other figures and remove all loud/glaring wrist balls.
I do feel like the wrist balls and especially the ankles are getting better, but I def see what you mean.
