I played Poland today, With non historical Ai... I still got invaded by Germany and Russian empire and although russia joined axis they created the entente and now I was at war with France, Uk, Russia and Germany, and it got so bad that every country except US and Canada was at war with me. I killed 6 million Germans and 6 million russians while losing 3.2 million polish guys. I had to go all adults serve and died. Whats even worse is that i couldve beat germany if France and UK did not have military access with their 1.2k defence troops
Classic ahistorical Poland. I had a nice run as Falangist Poland when we backstabbed Third Reich when they were deep into war with reborn Russian Empire, got a very unfair bit of land (way more than we should due to how much we captured defenseless land from Germans) and lived for like one year before Entente decided to attack my ally that stayed out of the war - Franco. Poland versus world spanning Entente seems to be a staple of ahistorical Poland :P
Finally someone remembers about sanationist path. It gets overshadoved by monarchist ones, but it's really not that bad. I'd even say it's the best one gameplaywise, since you get high-risk high-reward with buffs.
@@kecekemet yeah, no cores is it's main issue. But it's not terrible. Maxed out April Constitution gives insane bonuses, but when you get there you don't have much to spend all your pp on. That one 10% smaller experienced soldier losses is really useful against the Soviets, you can get advisors from other paths, there's a 35 days focus that gives you 2x50% land doctrine bonus, neutral Rydz-Śmigły is pretty good country leader, and you can expand both into baltics and Czechoslovakia. The problem is that when you have NSB, monarchist paths can grant you cored land much faster. Who the heck thought it'd be a good idea to make recreation of the Commonwealth require 80% compliance? By the time you get there, it's already 1947.
