    As they say, monkey see, monkey do, I discovered the channel with the ghost serve tutorial. Also the fh and bh drive technique is so well explained with the fewest info possible, only what's necessary.
    Making a point in not talking, we have it all in silence but I can hear the talking anyway.
    That teaching method is superior, it's perfectly adapted to the internet.
    The challenge will come where more caption is necessary for drills and more complex things to teach but the idea of not talking at all and being creative to convey the message with gestures and captions could be the channel's signature making it stand out among all the coaching noise.
    That minimalist approach is on par with the "no waste" attitude of the 21st century, no matter the amount of resources at our disposal.
    Congratulations and thank you for the good time.

      the secret is to do different spin and placements with almost same movement. I find it way easier to do it on the backhand. my forehand serves are more predictable except pendulum with side/top spin

  • @geemy9675
    @geemy9675 Год назад

    I'm a right hander, I love using these variations of backhand serves. especially the side top spin version but with a long/ fast variant on the player backhand, which gives me a lot of of high balls on my forehand to kill the point with third ball attack. but keep mixing the variations or the player will learn how to return it. I like to mix with fast no spin or slight too spin backhand serve on the backhand, and also short no spin on the forehand against player that are to far from the table, trying to make it look like back spin with higher toss. this gives high balls when player pushes

      1. he start serving from ball over table = illegal
      2. ball toss up is almost zero. his hand going up (following ball ) . yes ball leave hand , and toss is good , but .. not make enough separation visualy from right hand. = illegal

      4. hand palm not open enough. but this is something some referee will alow, some not.

    4:02 That motion physically cannot produce topspin. The racquet is going high to low. It’s moving down (as well as sideways) to the point of contact so it’s impossible to impart any topspin. The motion of the racquet after contact is irrelevant. All I see is side spin and a slight amount of backspin being applied.
