Thanks for watching! I wish my collection was all in one place so I could do an overview of the whole collection. Unfortunately, quite a bit of it is boxed up in storage but I can access it to do videos like I've been doing... a little at a time. Maybe someday when my kids have all moved out I will have a Kiss room. ha, ha.
Great to hear the book is good. I haven't started it yet. I like the Dynasty figures, too. Not everything has to be like expensive Hot Toys style figures. There's a place for fun, cheaper stuff like these, too.
Hey Brian, Glad to see you found the poster and cozy it's too bad you have to turn to eBay when it should be free with your purchase. Great seeing the new Kiss collectibles, hope you enjoy that very thick read. Nice job on the video and hope you have a great weekend! Take care and talk to you soon. ~. Jeff
Hey Jeff! It would have been nice to have found them, locally, with the album but I'm still happy to have them. Fun stuff! (Sorry. Answered with the wrong account before). Take care, my friend!
Gotta love eBay for collectibles. I've become quite hooked lol. I'm big into the Kiss figures, I recently got all 4 of the Destroyer 24" figures that play snippets of the music. So far though, I'd have to say you're doing great with your channel and I'm thankful to you for sharing your collection with us. I'm only a recent subscriber, but glad to be subscribed. Keep up the good work.
Thanks! I don't have the Rock Iconz statues but I do have most of the Funko stuff. I'll definitely do a video on the Funko stuff, at some point. Thanks for watching!
I kinda like the new figures. As far as answering your question...flipping through your old mags and tourbooks would be cool, close up of the Love Gun put up sticker if you have it....you never get to see the full painting from just the LG cover.
In the US, there were 4 different versions released. All of them come with both an audio and video version of the concert. 1) The Deluxe Set came as a hardback book with a bluray, a DVD, a cd, and a bonus, exclusive cd of the acoustic show. 2) A 2 LP vinyl set with a DVD. 3) A bluray and a cd. 4) A DVD and a cd. Hope that helps clear it up.
julian taylor I think collecting, in general, can become an involuntary obsession if you let it. I tend to "cycle." Sometimes I go on buying binges and then my focus will shift to something else, for a bit, before returning.
I'd think it'd be interesting just to see your Kiss memorabilia produced in these two years: circa '77-'78 ONLY. It'd be cool to see what you have that is represented by these two years.
Thanks for watching! I'll keep that in mind. I don't have EVERYTHING from the Auction era but I do have a decent amount of stuff. I'll try to start including them in my videos.
Eclectic Collecting Great! Likewise, TY for sharing your unique and varied collection. I picked those years for personal reasons. Not only was Kiss at their height of popularity but it was probably the two most memorable years of my adolescence. The Star Wars themed tree-house was out back along with a Kiss Alive II stage get-up propped up in the patio with painted tennis rackets for those air guitar nights. I mean, it was a magical time. I used to carry my Kiss radio around with me everywhere. Anywaaay. :) Auction era, you meant Aucoin, right? Yea, whatever you can pull off or include, it's all gravy - "you must do what you feel is right" - Ben Kenobi.
Like Kane Yes, "Aucoin." It auto-corrected and I didn't catch it. 77-78 was a special time for me, too. There was almost nothing as important to me as Kiss and Star Wars. It really was a magic time to be a kid!
Eclectic Collecting "Magic", as the operative word here, absokissly! I really believe that everything that came after in both genres benefitted immensely from this era. Though a brief window of time, none the less, landmark in many ways. There was never a dull moment around the neighborhood. It was like waking up in technicolor everyday! I'm assuming you also have a stellar Star Wars collection too?! Man, that would be a double whammy of nostalgia if you could throw in some Star Wars! Anyway. An Imperial salute to ya, " I think you've underestimated our chances".
+Like Kane I do have quite a bit of Star Wars stuff, too. I'll probably keep this channel exclusive to Kiss stuff but may end up doing another channel for Star Wars and other things I collect. Star Wars and Kiss have always kind of gone hand-in-hand for me since they both were so huge at the same time in the 70s.
I don't know whether to get this set or the Love Gun ones. These don't seem to have the backdrop the other figures had. I also wish the packages were re-sealable. Never really understood the 'rip them open' mentality for products clearly meant for collectors.
TheNightBadger I like the Love Gun set a bit more. A little more "classic" and they do have the backdrops. Yeah, it would be nice if you could open them and then put them back in the packages.
I used to have a white plastic Kiss guitar when I was a kid. I played that thing till it feel apart. Wish I would've taken care of it but what did I know. Do you have anything like that? Or maybe you've shown it in other videos?
Would enjoy seeing all of your collection! Great videos I'm enjoying them all.

Great stuff. I dig the Dynasty figures. The Odyssey book is a super great read.

Thanks! I don't have the Rock Iconz statues but I do have most of the Funko stuff. I'll definitely do a video on the Funko stuff, at some point. Thanks for watching!

Hey! Very nice toys! Would ya have an Eric Carr toy or sth interesting related to him?
Can you do a review on the mini dynasty toys?
Very cool . thanks
He did wear a yellow but not long

Brian Fingar I don't have a huge amount of vintage toys but I do have some. Would love to get my hands on the guitar someday.
Check on the second
Kiss is my farrierit band
open them!!!
Maybe someday... :)
If you're still buying KISS memorabilia, well . . . . anyway
Open up my DVD
Terrible face paint jobs, Paul never wore a yellow outfit. The face paintjobs totally ruin the figures, its not that hard to paint the faces correctly
the wooden figures look like trash like most of the garbage from the last 20 years
