I picked up a vinyl copy of Destroyer a few weeks ago, and it was from the 1st pressing, but the interesting thing was that on side 2 of the record, there was no track listing. The blue area underneath the smoking man in the fedora was completely blank. I wonder if that record is worth something?
Hey there Brian, Loved to see your Japanese collection, very cool my friend. Enjoyed seeing the Lick It Up album have never seen that issue with the sleeve covering the outer cover. I bought Sonic Boom in black vinyl and that whole package is awesome along with the poster, I still have Alive lV Symphony sealed and plan on unsealing it with the video rolling. I have the Japanese Pressings of Destroyer, Dynasty, and Peter Criss’ 1980 Solo Album Out of Control.
I love the sealed Dynasty album. I have a copy of Ace Frehley’s solo album that’s sealed as well as one I play.
Cool albums! I prefer the US cover of lick it up, but that is a cool alternative cover!
Nothing wrong with having a "sealed" copy, as long as you got a "playing copy" , it's not odd!
