@14:58 this is hard to watch Alice. Any marathon is a challenge and having to take it at your own pace is never a failing. You have done so well to get to where you are! We're rooting for you!
Hi Alice, Glad you showed you true feelings during the race. That was hard, but you exposed everything honestly. That is brave ! Marathons are a test ofyour true self. This you did, well. Bravo.
Drive by Pies is the best! And Party Favors has excellent cakes and cupcakes! At least you were able to experience and finish the BAA Marathon, which is a memory you will have forever.
Fun that you know the places I went! I picked up a couple Easter cookies in Party Favors 🐰 the memories of the race will definitely always be with me ❤️ I still loved the whole weekend despite crying a bit!
I loved this vlog! You truly showed all the emotions that go into 26.2 - the highs and the lows. We all go through it and you are INCREDIBLE!! Also the fact that you go excited about yellow school buses made me smile so much. I was cheering at mile 6 in Framingham and y'all had such a great day for running! Congratulations!!
Thanks for sharing your journey. I did my first Boston last April. I was a happy mountain / trail runner that got sucked into the whole marathon, miles, PRs etc… Just like you I think my next marathon is my last. I’m happier in the mountains. Hope you enjoyed the 🥧
Aah I’ve been getting into the trails lately and they definitely have an allure! And re your comment on the Wellesley Girls, I had heard the same as what you experienced so was expecting a lot. But I think it’s genuinely a case of most of the people talking about them were people running an hour or so ahead of me so I think a lot of the girls had just gone home by then. Hopefully that clip might leave some middle/back of the pack with healthy lower expectations ☺️
Oh Alice, you are so brave to share this vulnerability with the world. Though I understand that feeling, there should never be any shame in running. You are amazing and don't forget it - congrats on your marathon finish at Boston!!
i have been waiting for this video all week after seeing your time on strava. :) SOMEONE ELSE WHO LOVES KEY LIME PIE. its soooo good. i also love how excited you got with the busses :) at mile 4 ' Cute 22 miles to go' 😂 what an emotional race
Hi if its any consolation i really struggled from 17. Was on for a pb at that point ended a whole 10 minutes over it!!! Proper meltdown at the end but when i look back what an experience.

Thank you - I loved Anna’s Berlin video for this reason, it’s so important to show the tough moments
You did amazing, I don’t know how anyone can run Boston without the FULL range of emotions tbh
Hahaha right it’s such a rollercoaster!

Thanks so much! Hi to Mexico 🇲🇽
I felt every emotion whilst watching this! Well done! Such an achievement 😊 🏅.
Thanks so much 💛
Great to see you uploading again. Really enjoyed this, if you don't cry at least once during a marathon you're not doing it properly. 😂
So true! I usually cry a couple of times at least 😅
Good job
Thank you 😊
I'm debating whether to enter this or not!

It feels so hard at the time doesn’t it!! Glad you can look back on it in a positive way like me too 😊
Train harder / better and you won't need to walk.
