I think the only reason why Bilal wants to have a baby now because he sees Shaeeda wanting to open her business and start getting out now, so he sees a baby as a way of her sitting down somewhere

It's crazy how no one sees how manipulative that move was that Bilal pulled. She begs and begs for a child, he says no. The minute she decides to postpone and work on herself and her business ,he wants a child. She just said that she didn't want a child so he decided to not only push the issue again but put her on the spot by getting on a knee and ask for a child. WTF was she supposed to say to that? basically her career is in the rear view once again.

Why does TLC allow the most abusive people on their show? it’s disgraceful, Ed and Angela need to go! They’re abusive one day they’re gonna both be in jail .
All for entertainment. But to be honest I can't stomach angela and Eddie and their white trash self's and the disgusting treatment to there respected other half's. Both giving out advice like their innocent but really they're just hypocrits.
He’s abusive because he knows something is wrong with her for Being with him. She should have thrown his ring (money to him). Angela is physically combative. ED is not physically combative, If anything I could see liz being the one in the relationship becomes physically combative when pushed to the brink. Ed and Liz have the issue of both being jealous and dramatic if they don’t get their way, and triggered easily. Personally, I think Ed has moderately untreated ADHD, which causes alot of his “victim like” mentality. (I say this being diagnosed with ADHD myself for most of my life)

I hope people realize that Ed saying “she’s always in toxic relationships” proves that he’s a narcissist. He knows that but continues to be toxic to her because that’s precisely what he’s preying on, that fact.

Why does TLC insist on forcing Little Ed on us? It's time for some new couples that treat each other with respect. Girl hit the nail on the head. Sheeda still wants a baby but to say she don't is a dealing mechanism to deal with infertility. I know, I've been there myself. It's easier to handle telling yourself you don't want kids when inside you know you can't have kids. I always wanted kids but knew deep down i couldn't conceive. It didn't emotionally break me though because i felt God knows what's best for me. Fast forward and I'm 39 with no children but i hold no grudge about it. You see, i developed an unknown health condition in my mid twenties that stole my quality of life. There's no way i would of been able to be the mother i wanted to be if i had children because i couldn't even care for myself. I'm just now getting my health restored. So Yes i feel God knew what was best for me even when i didn't. If i couldn't be a good mom I'd rather not be one at all.

Edit: I’m hopeful, but concerned at the same time. I am hopeful that Bilal’s gesture was genuine and not just because Shaeeda wants to be more independent and/or he feels her pulling away a little bit. Hope it’s not a desperation tactic that was smooth, but I am not so sure.

How does Shaeda not know how much money Bilal makes? That is a question that they ask at your visa interview to see if you have a bonafide marriage. This is also something you have to provide together at the NVC stage for your visa. Something is not adding up.

Kim is so lucky to have a sweet son, Jamal, and that tells you who Kim is, she raised a good man.
For him to say, "I am not the one who can not give the child!" As if a child is an object to parade around. They BOTH knew that Kimberly was not able to have children. He was using her, though. Of course he was; so much so that he had the audacity to ask to basically buy his nephew in order to get to America. Just gross and manipulating behavior. I pray for Kimberly that she doesn't go back.

Shaeeda is very inconsistent. She flips and flops based on her emotions and opinions of others. When her friend defends her, she looks stupid in the end. She is the type of person who gets others hyped up in her defense, but falls short defending her own argument.
I think a lot of has to do with being married to a controlling narcissist. Not to say it's all Balil's fault but I noticed she changes her opinions on a dime with his influence.

Exactly. She kept buying him gifts, doing over the top things, etc. to try to force a relationship and make him her man- and admitted this several times. She knew he didn’t want her, but that did not matter. He literally kept calling her his “super fan”, so I don’t feel bad for a 50yo woman who tried to force a relationship she knew would never work. Yes and it's gross for a man to speak to a woman in that manner. He was trying to make her seem less than because she's single. Shaheeda is smart to not focus on the child, and get financial secure if something happens to her husband she would be SOL homeless ,and destitute with a child. It happen in America everyday when people don't prepare for the unexpected. It's incredible unfair to your wife who can't work Bilal financially controlling shaheeda is borderline dangerous it can easily become financial abuse.
