We went in August 1st ,2019 and it was raining so heavily , we thought we would never be able to cross this Rocky patch . It was raining continuously and it was getting tough as it was around 5 pm in evening . Too slippery . I won't forget that evening ..

Still gives me thrill and chills, that I did this all alone on a weekday with none on the route.
Very nice 👍now things have changed a bit for good , Railings on the difficult patch makes things easy had been just a month back , now waiting for the rains to set & then visit again 👍but a stay option is better than hurrying back in a days time , so plan accordingly👍this video is just fabulous , best line remember your loved once at home & quite is don't feel safe 👍try later , no harm ,👍
I have done dozens of treks in the Himalayas, from moderate to difficult, but this one is way different and scary.. it requires more rock climbing skills than trekking. (but I will do it)

Experienced this today in night trek in torrential rain and also while returning. Really scary experience but we did it.
The same day we were at Harishchandragadh and could not go to Kokankada because of fog ....sad but we will go to Harishchandragadh again💪🙌

It happened an accidental trek of HARISHCHANDRAGAD in my mid fifties in Jan 2023. It was my first blind trek. I made out TOLARKHIND, 80degree rockey patch 70 degree rock n soil patch. It was Tuesday n literally I was alone all the way. Ireturned from mid length of the trek. But it took me to another parameter of scintillating experience.
Looking forward to complete the trek in Next Jan 2024.
One can't express the trek experience. Do it self then feel on the top of world winning YOURSELF.😊

There is jungle trail less scary bypassing the hard climb. One need to cross the Khind towards Nagar dist and walk by the hill side slow climbing jungle trail reach to the top platue. Only locals are aware of it.

I did this trek from khireshwar in october 2019, definately wont recommend this route during monsoon.

Nice video. Just a small correction. As much as I know, there are more than 20 routes to reach this fort from simple to hard. The surrounding area of Harishchandragad is so vast and wide. There are lot of unknown and undiscovered routes to reach this fort.

Mohit should I plan this trek coming June end..will this be the right time.?
I wouldn't suggest going in June as you can see in the video there's fog and the view is completely destroyed. Also it is risky as the rocks are wet and slippery.
End of September or early october is good time

Yes, you can park cars at the base village of Khireshwar. You can park at one of the hotels and pay some money to them to watch over the car and it should be sorted.

Not risky if you are experienced and have a proper gear. Although comparitively the difficulty is more in monsoon
