@@whisky_cat yeah, lifesteal is very delicate to balance. 7% feels completely useless while 12% seems ungodly broken on some champs. Plus it being stackable. Maybe they should make it so lifesteal hard caps at like 20% and any excess is converted to adaptive dmg.

As long as you can press auto attacks bork will outdamage any other ad item twice but Riot is not really good with calculations so its whatever, at least makes Renekton playable since the item does 90% of his damage.

irelia is one of th easiest champs to play .. Nemesis like missed everything and still destroyed everyone just a turbo busted champion to play vs a non coordenated team

If you wanna play her, keep trying. Watch what Ireliking does. He has some old videos that have a lot of useful beginner info. Once you get the hang of it it's very rewarding. I'm terrible mechanically but I can do really well on some games, it's just that her dmg is weighted towards her autos, her skills are means to get close to auto the enemies. Her skill floor is not that high if you wanna get into the champ, and the skill ceiling is quite high, which is nice cause it's harder to get bored of her.

if u just buy bramble vest first base irelia is basically useless the rest of the game, but midlaners cant do that so just lock like a poppy mid and u win
You absolutely can fuck her over, but that requires being able to deny her cs so you can hit your first buy before her and continue to bully her to delay her getting bork. After she got bork its basically a game of "run if she wants to engage and abuse abilites or aas with better range
Atleast thats how I deal with irelia but I am kinda low so take with grain of salt
@@Killroy007 Yes brother but, not to be rude i think that your advice is bad. In reality, if Irelia has hands she has mega high prio even early on specially level 2-3 where she can one shot you very fast if you miss step one time.
If only it was when she has botkr, but even before she is just way too dangerous and you basically need to give her prio otherwise you'll die specially with a gank
Specialy if she freezes you then good luck, you either try to break the freez and die
Not to mention that she also builds wit's end so she'll be so tanky that you will never OS her specially later if she adds Jack'Sho or Shieldbow, while still one shoting you

i have the exact same thoughts on irelia after playing her for 5 years. 1st of all why is botrk better than any mythic on certain champs - especially irelia. this item is soooo strong for so many years. 2nd: why won't they just nerf her mid/late game CDs and why you can just hit 4 people with your R and you have 4 stacks for it - it shouldn't be that way. anyway, i still think this champ is strong only vs certain comps and useless vs other. meanwhile there are champs that can be blind picked and still carry. irelia definitely is strong af at times, but i personally think e.g. sylas, jax, viego, annie, tryndamere (...) are just on another lvl. irelia has more haters because she's picked more often. that's my opinion on it. imagine you get to play vs tryndamere every game. i'm sure he'd get just as much hate then. and he's wayyy easier to play. you're ready to carry after ~3 games lol.

Riot balance team is a joke for not nerfing BOTRK for such a long time and also It's sad that irelia is supossed to be this rly hard champion but reality in late game with 2.5-3s CD Q she doesnt even have to cast E and R is mainly for slow

People always complain about late game Irelia Q cd when
1. Irelia late game OMEGALUL
2. 2.5s of no Q vs late game ADCs = getting blown up before Q comes back anyways, and even when it does come back, Irelia late game OMEGALUL
3. Late game minions, especially inhib and baron minions, make getting marks the only reliable Q reset for irelia.
The recent adjustment she got was meant to take away a bit of her early oppression (lower early durability, weaker passive early) for a more playable mid-late game (stronger W, lower Q cd later) and to make her a bit easier to play (4 stacks for passive instead of 5) Did they succeed? Arguable, but at least complain about the things that actually make irelia strong not her late game
She’s oppressive in lane vs some matchups, oppressive after Bork, but late game Irelia? That useless crap? People really complain about ANYTHING these days lol

Please continue playing Irelia so they nerf her to the ground. Completely broken for no reason. Q cd too low when she doesnt reset it, it doesnt get on cd when you interrupt it with for example Vex passive or Ahri charm, insane damage even before lvl 3, hard to space against her, W blocking so much damage (especially if you play a mage against her which are so CD reliant) and thr list goes on

@@alexanderhjalte3581 I don’t think itelia is op but to be fair, even if a champ has a high skill floor and you need a lot of games to do well then the champ can still be op. If 99% of players suck at a champ and have a 30% but 1% of them have a 75% and once you master the champ it is incredibly better then other champs, the champion still is overpowered. It’s hard to explain but not many people understand this concept when saying to balance the game
Irelia is not overpowered its just blade syncs really well with her kit. Try playing irelia and NOT building blade...she does next to 0 damage. It is the item.

@@mikehunt8708 yes, but the thing is that if you're that good on irelia, you're probably a master+ player, and up there it's mostly macro play and not just mechanical skill.
also, while she's really good into some matchups(mostly mages) some of her matchups are literally unplayable, WW, set, jax and even trynd can just right click you to death and you can't really "outplay" them, it's basically 200 years of collective experience vs 200K gold worth of stats
yes, most if not all of them are toplane matchups, but no one is stopping the enemy toplaner from going jax and ruining your day
also she gets outscaled by a lot of characters in mid, so it's win fast or go home and you might need to fill in the AP role somewhere else
not sure if I agree on bork tho, it's busted but it's basically the only thing that irelia has and it's essential for Q resets on casters
@Nemesis you should try a game or two in lower elo of the same setup but tristana jungle with green pet. Great thanks, and perfect on this 3 camp gank meta, and if you get to the setup well its GG as you can imagine. Zeri felt super broken to me like this because she has 2.7k HP lvl 18 ( i think zeri has the highest HP out of all adcs, but correct me if I'm wrong)

Blade is definitely a broken item...the lack of stats on it doesnt make up for the fact that it does nearly half a champions damage at the end of a game. The % needs to be reduced by like 3-4% OR they should make it so the % shred only applies like every 2 or 3 auto attacks. That would be a decent change, and maybe add stats back to it to make up for it.
or just revert it so we can play botrk zed again

Even with BOTRK gone Irelia still has way too many dumb mechanical that need to be outright nerfed to the ground or removed. Anyone arguing against it is a moron or an Irelia main.

yeh might as well nerf botrk considering its so useless yet so many ppl buy it, that way ill have less trolls in my team. ive alrdy made the amaths yi does so much lessd mg with botrk ion comparison to having wits end or phantom, so much mor e true dmg. ofcourse first krakaen guinso , astarting guinso ciz its cheaper+actually literally g ives more dmg than kraken despite costing less or even if we acocunt for same gold overall and faster alpha resets too.
