Building a Live Bait Pen in under 30 minutes. (DIY)

Hi Everyone,
I am lucky enough to be able to fish every day and because of that, I really need to be able to keep live bait fresh and swimming overnight. I decided to build my own live bait pen with some simple things that I bought at Walmart. Best thing is, it took me less than 30 minutes.

I’ve built similar they work great I did add some weight to the bottom to keep bait in cooler water we also have 8 foot swing tides

Have you tried using it for crab or shrimp? Worried pinfish will eat them through the mesh

I’ve used it for crab, shrimp, pinfish and finger mullet. The pinfish don’t chew through the mesh but they will chew on some of the other fish or shrimp that are in there so I try not to mix them in with anything else.
