I love mincemeat. We always had a mincemeat pie at Christmas. Love all the spices. You’re going to turn me into the queen of Christmas goodies with fam and friends…lol. Definitely making this one, also. 😊 I enjoy my mason and cash, too. I actually have an extra quart bowl, if you like it, I’ll mail it to you. No one I know actually bakes much anymore. Sad.
