바에서 일하고있습니다!ㅠ 칵테일 연출을 위해서 드라이아이스를 쓰고싶은데 다른 바텐더 분들이 칵테일 안에 드라이아이스를 넣으시더라구요..음료안에 드라이아이스를 넣어도 상관이 없는가요?아니면 식용드라이아이스가 따로 있는지ㅠㅜㅠ

드라이아이스자체를 먹지는 않고 연출용으로 조금만쓰는거에요, 이산화탄소로 기화된후 칵테일을 마시기때문에 먹는데는 문제없습니다.
참고로 식용으로 깨끗하게만든 드라이아이스도 구매가능한걸로 알고 있습니다.

hey man, was thinking about doing a wortk and holiday in korea, I am a bartender adn a bariste here in hungary but worked abroad in a few country. Is it possible to work in Korea as a bartender even if i do not speak the language?

you cant speak korean...it is very hard to working in korea.

비어 솔트라고 맥주에 뿌려먹는 소금입니다. 레몬 라임이랑 같이 말려서 만든 소금이고 맥주 쓴맛을 줄여줘요~
