i loved him playing the role, but i hated the fact that they made him way to smart and observant, he did not act like a child, he acted like an adult. he was cute as hell, but every time he was on screen, i wanted to skip because i knew he was going to say something that no kid would. if it was once or twice, sure, but he was the catalyst for like half the show, he was essentially the writers crutch to allow them to just push the relationship where ever they wanted, regardless of if it made sense for a young child to say the things. Otherwise i loved him as an actor.
